Taco Bell is fully automated. Trying to help my 86 year old mom order from the automated screen was a nightmare. The store have two menu stations but one was out of order. Having only one working station added to my stress. Customers were in line behind us and waited patiently for us to finish. We should have went through the drive thru. The drive thru would have been much easier and faster.

Ordered taco supreme pizza party pack through Uber eats, asked for all soft tacos, got half crunchy and half soft and no sour cream and no tomato’s on all the tacos, it was 6/20 at about 8:33pm

Arrived to get some food, and wasn’t aware of a menu item being take off, and the person working the drive through named Selina n was extremely rude, and, condescending, and when we asked her to fix the order she took because it was wrong on the screen she said “I heard you” never fixed it and had her manager throw the incorrect order, out of the window at us Order number 281 picked up on 4-7-25 at 8:09 pm
This is highly unprofessional, and maybe team members should be taught a little bit better customer service, and maybe managers can learn to manage
