Use to be the best taco bell in Bakersfield sad to say it is now the worst! Drove through for 5 lux box sub the chalupa for beef they had us sit out front for over 15 minutes waiting mind you I get home all the chalupas are chicken the beans on the double deckers we're not fresh also the shells always taste stale Everytime I visit this taco bell I get bad service 😞 I have to order extra beans in a bean burrito just to have it made properly if not the burrito is rolled 3 times at that point it's a bean roll up very sad I don't understand why this taco bell has went down hill but should have some looking into they should want to hold their food service with some pride 😉

This taco bell is trash I waited for my food and prioritized dt I was waiting and no food rather give me my money instead of making food took out order to customer had gloves came back inside made food after going outside disgusting no handwashing no customer service

My boyfriend went to go pick up an order and not only did they get it wrong but the food was cold, the crunchy taco was soggy and the over all quality was just bad. Then when I called to complain they wanted me to bring all the food back… sure let me bring the food I took a bite out of back to you… ridiculous I will never eat here again. The crunch wrap had zero meat or really anything in it.. so sad

We ordered four of the $7 boxes, And it looked like they just threw the food in the boxes! I had to wrap the food myself! I am deeply disappointed, Because the food was horrible, The workers seemed confused and got our order wrong, even though they were respectful and helpful. It seemed to me that they needed a lot more training!

Everytime I come here a homeless person comes in asking people for food or they come and fill big ass dirty bags or cups up from the soda machine I will never buy a drink from here unless it was filled thru the drive tru

This place gave my whole family food poisoning, we have been sick and one of us had to go to the hospital already bce of this, need to do better and either make sure everything is clean or cook there food properly. Would not come here again, even the dog got sick so that’s says a lot too
