I was optimistic because of the photos on the site. The food wasn’t great and the lady burped when I walked out. Very disgusting to think they had a part in making the food. I took one bite and when I couldn’t finish it. (Enchiladas) thanks but no thanks

Had it delivered. The young lady on the phone was extremally sweet, fast, and accurate. The food was bad!! The order was incorrect. The beans and guacamole, were watered down, and tasted bad. We were charged $2.00 for cheese on burritos, and did not get any cheese, on anything. The young man 5hat delivered the our foodwas great. When he saw I was disabled, he offered to set the food inside for me. That has only happened one later time. I wish I could have given him the cost of the foo($69.99), and given the restaurant the tip.

Just ordered there 64pc party tray, they delivered across town for me for a very fair delivery cost, food arrived in a great timely manner! Its been a while since I ordered from here but wow everything was so delicious! Great job taco pronto thanks I will be coming back for more ?

I have been ordering from Taco Pronto for 30 years. It has always been exceptional. They have new owners in the last couple of years and their prices are high and portions have become very small. Tonight my food was cold. Last time they forget some things on my order. I’m very disappointed. It is definitely not the same!!

I placed an order on GrubHub and it never showed. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one answered. Do they ever answer their phone? I even confirmed they were open. The restaurant confirmed that my order was received and started. I tried tracking my order but nothing would track...only an update that my order was on the way. No one ever showed. An hour and half later (with a one hour ETA) GrubHub said that the restaurant marked my order as delivered. What a fraud. My neighbors, who have an address close to mine, received nothing. I have purchased from them in the past with no real opinion but this last experience was the final straw. I do not recommend this place. They obviously don't care about their customers time and money. Customer service is non existent. I'd give zero stars if I could.
