I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! I can tell you that, having been raised in Oxnard and Ventura, I have eaten a lot of really good Mexican food. The food here is EXCELLENT! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the restaurant is clean, and again, the food is excellent! Their salsas have great flavor and the carnitas?? So, so soooo good! The birria is delicious. Has that authentic home made taste! The rice and beans also have good flavor. The service was okay. Only thing I didn’t like was the atmosphere when dining in. It’s extremely hot at the tables no type of ac and fans don’t help. I rushed to eat my food since I was sweating but overall the food is great.
