I waited because the food is very good, my children and husband love it... I returned the following week in the afternoon I went to the drive-thru and no one helped me, I drove to the window and no one was available. I had to call the store to get help... (ridiculous, right?)Well, I'll be back and I repeat, the food is very good.. I came back today, September 12, in the afternoon, the gray van of the (manager cook???) was there. I mean, the same van that he arrived in. When he asked me to give him 10 minutes to heat up the iron. ...And what do you think?? Nobody for the drive-thru and nobody for the window!! I mean terrible service!!I DESITED TO GO TO THE FROSTY KING FOR BURGERS FOR DINNER... I will not return because of the bad service!!.

My team and I have been going around town every Tuesday looking for the best tacos. Tacos humilde has 1st place as of right now. Their Tacos are bomb dot com. Crunchy Tacos are perfect! So far, we haven't found a better place.

So check your food before eating.Update from visiting this place on sunday 8/6/2023.Still have not been able to recover from the sickness. The owner should have a main manager to keep things on order to avoid these kind of things from happening

This happened yesterday 8-6 around 5:10. I asked the guy that handed me the food. Did you put the orange sauce in there, he says yes I did. When I open the box there was no orange sauce, there wasn't any sauce. There was no consome that goes with the birria tacos. There was no fork or spoon to eat the rice and beans and there wasn't any napkins either. This is twice that this person does this to me. The food is good, I just don't want to go there again if this person is there. I'm afraid he might spit on my food for putting him on blast.

Ordered a burrito and while I waited I had a nice conversation with the staff. Very friendly and fast. Burrito had Loads of flavor and I enjoyed it enough we will be buying the crew lunch from here in the future. Thanks again GUYS!!!

I was so happy to see this place pop up on my DoorDash app. I love Barbacoa, and have been searching all over Bakersfield to find a restaurant that serves Barbacoa regularly. I ordered the Barbacoa supreme burrito, which was amazing, and also ordered the daily special. The food was so good, and did not disappoint. The service was good as well, the restaurant ambiance is nice, and they followed all of my special instructions. And I'm also happy to report that the food is reasonably priced as well. This will definitely be one of my go-to places to eat.I was happy to take the time and add this wonderful place to Yelp.Enjoy

Tacos Humilde is definitely worth the stop, your time, and money. Their portion sizes are perfect, their food is delicious, and they sell bottled coke. I ordered the keto asada taco, and it was huge, flavorful, and very fulfilling. I plan on coming here every week until I move out of Bakersfield, and even then I'll make trips out here just for this place. If you have the chance and you're looking for good food to eat, I recommend considering/going to Tacos Humilde.Dietary restrictions: Keto option avaliable

I came to this place on one of their first few days of opening... their food is disgusting. The rice looks like mashed potatoes, the tacos are full of fat, and the barbacoa tacos are just sad. I won't be returning due to this poor experience. Also, I waited 15 mins while being the only care in drive through. This business has a lot of improvement to make. How can you open a Mexican restaurant without knowing how to wrap a burrito or make rice? Their salsa is disgusting as well, thick as sour cream for it being an "avocado salsa."
