The drive thru exist for convenience and presumably speed. This should not come at the expense of accuracy. The past three times I have gone here I have seen the staff overwhelmed with amount of cars at the drive through. I have gotten the wrong order several times. I have gotten the wrong meat and today I got asada quesadillas with no meat on it. I paid $11 for cheese and tortilla.

Went to the drive thru and had to park out front to wait for my food. People after me in the drive thru got their food before me. After 20 mins of waiting I got my order. Was driving back home and realized they didn't give me some items I ordered and did not prepare the other item the way I asked. Got a refund.

Beware! I went to order food and was not charged correctly. The food was cool, but it's the dishonest that got me. As much as these restaurants charge ppl already don't rip me off! They price on the menu was clearly what they charged me they the girl who charged me act like she didn't charge me wrong, then she gave me a bs reason.. oh the price went up.. the crazy thing is if it's an honest business and just tell me the price went up, I wouldn't have had a issue paying it but again when you're dishonest and try to take advantage of situations that's the problem. If a restaurant is doing this to each and every customer all day and ppl not paying attention to their money, that's sad. I don't respect or support businesses that are dishonest!

Solicitamos en el menud una sopa de menudo y mi esposo un burrito literalmente que asqueroso fue eso ka sola no tenía sabor solo el mal olor del menudo y el burrito estaba con toda la grasa del mundo la verdad que no recomiendo este lugar la orden se dejó intacta se hizo el reclamo al dueño y este ni siquiera dio la cara mando a un chico muy amable, la comida es sagrada hay que tener cuidado al cocinar este tipo de comida y laa personas que vayan a wsre lugar espero que no les haga daño una mala comida trae muchas consecuencias a nuestra salud

The food was good but service was terrible. I waited 35 minutes for my order only to be given the wrong one and the whole Halloween orange horchata was an insult to me. I don't care if you make the cup orange but you don't ever change the color of horchata.
