The food here isn’t bad. The customer service is horrible. I was waiting to order and instead of them approaching apologizing for the wait they acted like I was interrupting them and rudely asked can I help you? I also work in food service so I know how yajaira Z was supposed to approach a customer. Update: they also messed up my food no Cheetos in my hot Cheeto burrito

Don't get your tacos from here at all. They don't know how to wrap the tacos. My taco's were chicken tell me why the wrapper was inside the taco under the chicken and some of the chicken was grey overall worse place to get food.

Went into this place with high expectations because I’ve had good tacos from a different location before. Wishing I would’ve driven across town instead after the fact. Ordered al pastor and asada tacos and the taste was not worth the expense. Asada was too salty and Al pastor had a weird taste to it. Been to a different restaurant with same name and I don’t understand why they all don’t have the same recipe or taste in food. Staff was obnoxiously loud in kitchen discussing their personal stuff. I get you are all about mingling with peers but customers don’t need to hear about your personal stuff. Never going there again. The one on Ming has a lot better flavor and ambience.

They mislabeled a veggie burrito and a regular burrito. They also didn’t put carne asada in the regular burrito AND didn’t put lettuce in the regular burrito that I PAYED EXTRA FOR!

The lemons are always rotten. They look slimy and smell fermented. Someone will get food poisoning someday. They also get my order wrong almost every other time.
