Went into this place with high expectations because I’ve had good tacos from a different location before. Wishing I would’ve driven across town instead after the fact. Ordered al pastor and asada tacos and the taste was not worth the expense. Asada was too salty and Al pastor had a weird taste to it. Been to a different restaurant with same name and I don’t understand why they all don’t have the same recipe or taste in food. Staff was obnoxiously loud in kitchen discussing their personal stuff. I get you are all about mingling with peers but customers don’t need to hear about your personal stuff. Never going there again. The one on Ming has a lot better flavor and ambience.

They mislabeled a veggie burrito and a regular burrito. They also didn’t put carne asada in the regular burrito AND didn’t put lettuce in the regular burrito that I PAYED EXTRA FOR!

The lemons are always rotten. They look slimy and smell fermented. Someone will get food poisoning someday. They also get my order wrong almost every other time.

The customer service was awful and made the experience unpleasant. The cashier had attitude, messed up the order and attempted to charge me a second time. When remade the order, the food was not made any better than the first time. Im upset because this was a meal for a client and the experience and meal was awful.

Went in to get some tacos and rice and bean for my son only to get attitude when asked if I can get keys for son to go to the restroom. Said no because I didn’t pay for food even though I was already ordering. Than charged me for cheese on beans! Food not as good as before and bad customer service. Sad.

Ordered chiken burrito and veggie burrito, chiken was not smelling good and tasted like old chicken. Went and told the ladies In The front and she responded oh we make it fresh everyday and grilled it.did not offer to make a fresh one, told me I'll be right with you at the table and never came. I am veggitarian and bite the chicken one because she wrote veggie on it. Ordered Nachos over fried with little bit bean a too much cheese had to throw it away. I should have checked the reviews first they are all 2,3 star reviews. Never going there again.wisted $35 for trash food.
This place is trash!!!! Horrible customer service! The Mexican lady that considers herself a manger tonight was the WORST! I brought the reciept and messed up order and no help at all. Don't go there and dont waste your time or money

This food gave me and my wife food poisoning and they laughed in our face over the phone and told us there’s nothing they can do about it. I will be speaking to their management in the morning as they didn’t have a manager or someone who could translate available when I called and made my initial complaint

Workers seemed to be more interested in gossiping with each other, pretty slow morning and only 3 customers while I was here. Not to sure why I waited 40+ minutes for a burrito.
