Everytime I come here for whatever reason they add random things to my burrito like onions and once they forgot to put the asada in the burrito. It only happens at this location and it's kind of funny except when I'm actually hungry.

I witnessed that the menudo that people leave at the table, the leftovers are taken back to the kitchen and dumped back at the menudo pot to be resold again.

I didn't like the service

I been going here for years and they have an app to get points which I do like because sometimes money has been hard. And my acc I had $2254 of purchases and I know its alot of points all so they can erase my acc and start me all over again. They should of atleast let the customers know hey that app won't work anymore or something nope I was looking fwd to use my points for once since I'm going thru hard times at the moment. And they are expensive I was willing to pay the extra money because of the points I don't think im coming back after this I have to block the "new acc"

This is the 2ed time I'm writing a review that I have to edit this one. Now that I got home and seen my food omg. I took 1 bite and I couldn't it was all watered down that the tortilla ripped apart I did asked no union no nothing and I still got everything on it which I hate because it makes it soggy ughhh yesss definitely not coming back. On the food I actually had put 4stars but now I don't even want 1 star this is annoying day for Me because not did they take away all my points but gave me my order wrong and soggy tortillas and put green salsa when I asked for red too bad it's late or else I would go to a taco truck that's alot cheaper

I got Birria burrito 🌯. Which falsely PRICE ON A GIANT AD. Luckily it was worth the 3$ extra I had to pay. Fix your advertising or expect a lawsuit I will be adding pictures later

fuimos a comer a tacos la villa que esta en la sucursal 1904 w olive ave fresno 93728 Solicitamos en el menud una sopa de menudo y mi esposo un burrito literalmente que asqueroso fue eso ka sola no tenía sabor solo el mal olor del menudo y el burrito estaba con toda la grasa del mundo la verdad que no recomiendo este lugar la orden se dejó intacta se hizo el reclamo al dueño y este ni siquiera dio la cara mando a un chico muy amable, la comida es sagrada hay que tener cuidado al cocinar este tipo de comida y laa personas que vayan a wsre lugar espero que no les haga daño una mala comida trae muchas consecuencias a nuestra salud

Honestly I love this La villa but tonight I had some bad experiences I’ve been here so many times and asked for the avocado salsa and tonight when I asked for it they were being so rude about it and told me they don’t sell it anymore which it’s ridiculous I was here a week ago and they just had it. I get that sometimes they don’t have it but to tell customers that they don’t sell it I doubt it that there number one seller

Food is typically good here. This was our worst experience yet. Homeless man walking car to car asking for money at 12am. Lady at the window to pay had a bad attitude when we paid even when I tried smiling and telling her thank you. I got a mmhmm out of her with a eye roll. When we got home, our order was wrong. Ordered a taco combo and 3 queso birria tacos. We got 2 orders of 2 birria tacos and a churro... tried to call and phone is disconnected. Hoping they get it together.
