Like most restaurants in Bakersfield I have visited, this place needs some TLC. It looks a little unkept, with lots of colorful crap everywhere, they play music and it's okay, but a little too loud. The food is good. It's not equal to the best I had, but it's better than the nines at the Marriott a few blocks away. I had fajitas in both places. The tortillas were mediocre, the condiments fresh, the rice pretty good, the beans average, the main dish very good. I expect to keep coming, but hope they clean it up a little to improve the experience.

This was a great place for a quick bite to eat. Their prices are fair/good. You can save some money by choosing one of their daily specials. The service was good and they do a great job keeping the place clean. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys Mexican food.

Great little place downtown to grab lunch. I had the cheese enchiladas, and they were delicious! The sauce was great, and the flavor of the enchiladas with the rice and beans were bomb! The salsa with the chips was delicious! Staff was friendly and quick.Tables outside in the patio were cute and with today's weather, beautiful. Tables cloths were a bit dirty, and that is the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review. Everything else with my visit-perfect. Will return, no doubt!

Love this place. My BFF & I have been going here for a year. They have the best taco tuesday in town. $7.99 for 3 tacos & a beer! A little bit more if you want a wine margarita. All their food is bomb. Shout out to our fave waitress Jazmine! And manager Rebecca!

Today was the first time I tried this place after being in bakersfield for 5 yrs. The place is clean and looks nice inside. Good decor. I went on a Sunday, I ordered a menudo and a tamale breakfast plate. The menudo tasted no different than the menudito Juanita. You could tell the meat was from the can and they just added pata. The Tamal frozen then microwaved. Also had a store bought sauce flavor on it. I will stick to my usual Mexican restaurants. The service took 45 mins for us to get our food. We were warned that they were short staffed so that's on us. I wouldn't go back.
