Saw 2 gentlemen posted up with their mobile truck at the amtrak bakersfield station. For 30 min contemplating if I should get food from here. No regrets made. Ordered 3 tacos asada and it was like Goku going into super sayien 3 good. If you are reading this and wondering, dont think. Only place your order.

If you are a fan of Tripas they've got some of if not the best in town! Highly recommended food is always fresh and hot. Like how they will throw in grilled onions with your order. Oh yeah by the way they have tap to pay now also it's NOT CASH ONLY anymore. Saw that from an old post and wanted to correct it.

First time ordering from here, the food was good. Got a burrito de asada, torta de asada and 3 tacos. I thought it was a little pricey but after seeing how big the burrito was, worth the price. Would definitely eat here again.
