Never had a bad meal here. To go stuff is awful. Quality, portions and cost are ridiculous. $10 for a slice of cheesecake for example. Pies are frozen and not made on site. They should scrape all the take out.

Stopped by while driving through Bakersfield. We were greeted by Sergio R. who was friendly and attentive. Our steaks were cooked to order and very tasty. The portions were very generous. We were never rushed, even though we arrived close to closing time. Would recommend this steak house.

We recently ate lunch at Tahoe Joe's. We were a party of 10. The service was excellent, with no problems on any of our 10 orders, which was outstanding. The food was delicious and did not disappoint any of us. Our special table for 10 was perfect. We were not crowded at all! Tahoe Joe's is the BEST in every aspect.

Great food and a staple around here. The highlight was Sergio as our waiter. One of the absolute best I’ve ever had at any restaurant and made the meal fun without being overbearing. Would come back again.

We sat at the bar because we had a 45 minute wait, we ordered two drinks and the female bartender closed our tab, didn’t bother to check in with us after we finished our drinks, even tho everyone had their tab opened, I asked for another beer and the male bartender brought it, female bartender was super attentive with all others customers, All White customers.
My husband and I went to dinner last night, (Monday evening) i ordered the joe steak dinner and my husband ordered the ribs and chicken dinner. Our appetizer was pan seared calamari. Everything was cooked perfectly and so delicious. Our waiter was named Sergio, and he was great. He truly went above and beyond as a waiter. Very kind! We are definitely coming back soon! Great Job Tahoe Joe's!

Best service, food, suggestions and dessert. We got the prime rib, shrimp appetizer, pecan pie, and the cheesecake. Sergio provided the best service I’ve ever had. He definitely made this a memorable night. Thanks Sergio.

The service was excellent. The food however was not enjoyable. The meat was dry, the baked potato was underdone and the salad dressing not good. Sorry, I wish I could say we enjoyed it but we were really disappointed.

The service was good, very attentive, had a few charges that we suppose to have come with the meal but then were charged as add ons...they need to change their wording...as expensive as restaurants are, it's nice for them to say, "would you like to add on" and know you will pay extra instead of saying " it comes with" The food tasted great and the ambiance was good, they were fast and very in sync to get table served and cleaned
