I wanted 2 things on their menu pinacolada strawberry smoothie and a Banana Nutella Muffin and they had neither. I miss the old place that was here or old owners.

This review is solely based on one drink delivered to me. I have never visited this place in person!!!
I had never even heard of this place. Today at work, the provider ordered drinks of our choice. I'm not a big boba fan, but this mocha smoothie caught my eye.
It was delicious!!!!!! I chugged it! I wanted more. This drink makes me want to visit this cafe in person!

Bailey was my server and I had asked her to make me one of the drinks hot. I asked for her advice and opinion in which she was honest. The brown sugar milk tea turned out awesome as a hot drink! On top of that she was very approachable, friend and had a wonderful smile! Top customer service she deserves a raise! Keep up the good work. The drinks and new donut desserts were super yummy 🤤

My husband and I got the taro milk tea with boba and strawberry smoothie with boba and they were both delicious! The taro was sweet and milky, and the strawberry smoothie was more like a strawberry cream than straight fruit smoothie. The girl that was working was super helpful and sweet, and she explained the different options for us.

For those curious, this location used to be called "Teaspoon". This is NOT the same place, the menu has been dumped and replaced, and the ingredients and drinks are not the same. Gone is the sweet and tasty bevs with fresh boba and in are some very one dimensional, more tea than sweet, and really poor gummy boba. The previous boba I believe was done fresh daily and soaked in a sugar solution, these are just some instant gummy balls. Serious downgrade and will unfortunately not be returning.

Ordered 3 drinks, a Thai tea with boba, a tiger milk tea, and an Adam black tea. All teas where supposed to be regular sweet, none of there where sweet, they where missing flavor and sweetness.

Teaspoon is my top pick for boba in Bakersfield. They offer a unique selection not found elsewhere, and their boba stands out with its sweet, chewy goodness – even my brother, who lives in LA, was surprised with the quality of the boba. I've visited Teaspoon approximately four times, and each visit has been exceptional! There are numerous reasons why it's my top choice for matcha and boba in town. Firstly, every staff member I've encountered, around 3-4 different individuals, has gone above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. In an age where genuine kindness is hard to come by, Teaspoon stands out. Secondly, their matcha iced tea is unbeatable; it strikes the perfect balance of flavor without being overly sweet. Today, when my son fell asleep on the way to pick up our order, I called ahead, and they kindly accommodated my request to bring it outside. Despite feeling a bit intrusive, the staff member reassured me and handled the situation with utmost kindness. The variety of boba tea flavors has made each visit exciting for my children. I appreciate the option to customize sweetness levels. Overall, Teaspoon offers a fantastic experience with great drinks!
