WORST SERVICE EVER! I placed an online order for pickup 1hour in advance, and they "forgot" to put order in. I decided to wait and asked for a drink while I wait. Another 45mins later and I get an extra bill for the soda and they got the order wrong..... No apologies just " do you want us to remake it?"

Went to Tengu on a Sunday evening. Grabbed an appeti$er and some soup. The broth wad very tasty. I asked for extra broth to go as I had some left over noodles. I was charged an extra 3.50, which is sort of crazy. Only a little extra broth and the soup is already pricey. I didn't notice until I reviewed the check. Overall, the food was good, service was just adequate and the place is rather small. It appears that the establishment caters more to carryout, which is what I normally do. However, I do notice that they serve more in quantity when I dine in. There is a trade off.

The broth used for their Udon was bland and had a strange aftertaste, the Chashu was dry and tasted like cardboard and their noodles are not the best quality. It is slightly cheaper here than other places. Their sides, the Edamame and Curry Rice bowls are both very good.

Friendly and helpful staff , I got the tengu tonkutsu ramen and the wife got yakiramen with spam musubi as an appetizer with a side of kimchi. My ramen was ok not great seemed like the marinaded ginger they put in it was overpowering the flavor. My wifes was sweet with shrimp she said she was thrown off by the flavor and visual representation of the ramen
