Worst experience in a while. We arrived around 8:40 figuring that the place closes at 9:30 we had plenty of time to eat . At the door Aliha made us feel rushed from the start . She pointed at a table and threw the menus . She gave us very little time to look through and didn't seem interested in anything other than to rush us to place our order and get us out of there . This isn't a fast food place and the service should meet their prices . Aliha brought our food out and literally just placed everything on the table randomly for us to figure out who ordered what. She didn't say anything, just walked away , it was only 4 of us and we were very confused about her behavior. I got up to ask her for a fork , she hadn't brought any small plates , no forks or anything ... we were so disappointed, we have been here a few times during their busy lunch service and it's great . The service and food at lunch time is awesome. Aliha ruined the experience. Worst $84.87 you can spend , please go somewhere else for dinner , this place will not be worth it.

Does anyone daydream about certain dishes or restaurants? I don't usually, but I do find myself thinking about this place! I love their spicy pork ramen. It is amazing!!! I've eaten here a handful of times and can't bring myself to try anything else because it's THAT good. The service is always good, I think they genuinely love feeding us! The inside is clean and hip. Good vibes for sure!

Hand me a bowl of delicious ramen and I'm a happy gal! This was my first time eating at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The service was fantastic and our waitress came to check on us often. I can honestly say this was a great place to eat! Food came out hot and fresh. The broth to the ramen was spot on! Will come back!

Such a good, fulfilling, and tasty ramen. The broth and toppings make the perfect bowl . The staff is so friendly and patient. My go to is a spicy chicken or shrimp ramen with udon noodles, extra boiled eggs, and spam musubi. Go try both locations in Bakersfield

The spicy chicken ramen was amazing. Nice kick but not hot enough to burn! The fried shrimp was the best I've ever had, potstickers were so fresh and the dipping sauce was like a soy sauce/terriyaki flavor that was so good I dipped my ramen in it too!
This place is clearly ran by kids on the weekends. The atmosphere is absolutely off putting and incredibly wayyyyyy to loud, with screaming music blaring from all corners of the main dining hall, worst place I’ve visited in California by far. Will never recommend this place to my family that lives here.

Portions could have been a bit heartier. Beverages could have been of a soda machine and not of a can. The top of the can was a "bit dirty." The portions were not enough.
We had our 9 year old granddaughters birthday dinner at Ten Gu. She loves ramen! The service and food weee so good. They brought a special dessert for the birthday girl and also let us have our own cake!!

Nice spot for a casual outing. Both food quality and service were great. Spicy miso ramen was very flavorful and a must try if you like a little bit of heat!

Words can only describe so much of the experience here. The food is amazing with a menu that isn't bloated with too many options. The cooks have their selection mastered, and it an incredible speed that doesn't sacrifice quality.I am able to go out for lunch and walk out happy and with takeout boxes for later. Affordable options that keep me coming back consistently. And the bathrooms are easily cleaner than every other place I've been to.I hope to keep coming back here in the future with friends and family, thank you TenGu : )
