Cheap, not inexpensive, teriyaki chicken joint. A thimble size teriyaki sauce container comes with a regular bowl. I ordered just chicken and noodles today. Chicken was dry, noodles were kinda chewy. The pot stickers are ok but appear deep fried. Big, open space, 6 tables, 12 chairs. Appears to be focused on take away. Not impressed.

I recently tried this restaurant on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a large bowl of spicy chicken and a bowl of teriyaki, but the taste of the chicken let me down. It was overcooked, excessively crispy, and required a significant amount of chewing before I could swallow the meat. Unless they address this issue, I have decided not to return to this restaurant. At present, I cannot recommend it to others.
I absolutely LOVE T-Mad!!!! The staff are AMAZING and the food is beyond delicious. It's always clean and everyone is so polite and knowledgeable. They have the best vegan bowls and make it just how I like it! The consistency is impressive! Everyone always has a smile on their faces! Eating here is always a good time! This is my fav T-Mad location! Thank you for everything! You guys so much!

Cashier doesn’t listen and take orders correctly, then will not refund or exchange for the correct item. ? Marleny can’t even take down an order correctly then argues when you tell her she didn’t hear

Y’all should focus on making great food. Instead you focus on getting followers on Instagram.I saw this place online I live in Portland and run my own food cart. We do Christmas in that area and I planned out a trip to this place for almost a year. I’ve never been more disappointed, and now am no longer aloud to plan food for our trips. I've stopped in several times over the past year and every visit has been fantastic. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The service is exactly what you hope for when dining out. Marleny always greets every customer when they walk in the door with a smile and positive energy.It's a very clean establishment and you can tell the employees enjoy working here. It makes the experience that much better.I would highly recommend the spicy chicken or steak teriyaki, it always hits the spot!
