I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday based on a friend’s recommendation, but the service was disappointing from the start. We stood at the entrance for about five minutes while multiple staff members walked by without even acknowledging us. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. We were about to leave when someone finally came to seat us. The food was fine, but good food can’t make up for poor service. Customer service and basic hospitality really need improvement.

Personally I like the place but I don't think I'll be going back because the parking situation is absurd it is so hard to find a spot it is in a very busy area and the menu is great but it does not make up for that it's not worth it to me if it's worth it for you Great the food is good The atmosphere is nice if you're looking for something healthier non-greasy then I have way suggest that place

This place was very cool, food was delicious and the drinks where very well made, my wife and I drink of choice is a Cadillac Margarita, and they did it well. If I ever in town again we will be stopping buy here.

Their fettuccini chicken Alfredo was really good as are their cocktails. It’s a small venue so the wait can be long and they seem to be consistently understaffed but overall, I recommend it.
Don't get me wrong this isnt bad but in my personal opinion and my experience is that the majority of the food they serve is okay but not the best. Im not saying that all the food is good but I personally found better burgers and breakfast spots for cheaper and better tasting food. There are few item I do recommend like the tomato soup, breakfast burrito, creme brulee, summer salad, the salmon and the caramelized Brussels. I say if you want a good burger you'll get cheaper and better quality from in and out without the big price tag.

Im sure The 18hundred is a great choice for a good meal. The service was lacking the day we visited. It took almost 30 minutes after being seated to get anyone to come to the table for drinks. The food is delicious but served on the smallest plates possible making it difficult to cut your food. I rarely complain but hope that everyone visiting has a better experience than me.
