Nice change up from Bakersfield's typical & honestly not overly pricy. Service was a bit slow & had to be reminded about at least 1 order after 20 minutes of waiting. Ordered an aviator Martini & had two different mixologists & two different servers come ask me about the drink, & there were two crucial ingredients missing.
The Botanist is a downtown treasure…such a charming atmosphere that reminds of restaurants on my travels to Europe. Emily our server was so personable and really made us feel welcome. She recommended the Botanist Loaded Fries and they phenomenal..everything we ate and the seasonal hand crafted cocktails were suburb. Definitely give this place a try you will not be disappointed!

Food was great and the drinks ever more so. Me and my friend's ordered almost the whole mix drink menu. The best one to try first is definitely the Tea Time drink. Has great service, and a very lovely atmosphere. Though we had all those drink we didn't get too hot with the A/C blasting through the building. It's a nice place to relax on a hot summer day. A bit on the expensive side but absolutely worth it imo.
