Loved the Ube matcha latte!

Definitely me and girlfriends favorite spot to get coffee. The Baristas are always nice. The Vietnamese Cold Brew from here is a must try!

I wanted to share my recent experience at this establishment. Each time I've visited, there have been issues. My orders have been incorrect, their system has gone down, and I've faced unprofessional behavior from the staff.

During my latest visit, we encountered a problem when the front desk staff took our order. After placing it, we were informed that the system was down and that they were only accepting cash payments. It would have been helpful if they had communicated that upfront.

Due to these ongoing challenges, I have decided not to return, and my husband feels the same way.

Will never go back , me and my wife tried to give them multiple times it seems like every time we go there, the system crashes and only accepts cash !!! You lost my business in definitely!!! Starbucks for the win

I love coffee bean and tea leaf and especially their dark chocolate flat white. Word of warning, beware of their reward offers. Read the fine print for sure.

Can’t really rate the food because we didn’t eat there. Their coffee was really good. I really like the atmosphere and ambience. Nicely set up.

For where I’m at it’s either between this place or Starbucks and every time I go to Starbucks it is a terrible experience experience. It’s either overpriced, coffee or rude staff. Anytime I go here though the staff is wonderful, helpful, and my food is always More than what I expected.

Ordered an iced coffee. Not sure if the employees pay for the ice or not but there was only a quarter of ice in the drink at the top. I’ve been to other locations of coffee bean and when I’ve ordered they put a regular amount of ice, like it needs to be. Also I did a mobile order & still had to wait an extra 10 mins. Not sure if it’s the employee or the location but this experience made me not want to go back(First time coming to this location).
Being the only location in Bakersfield I would assume they would be on their A game.
