We used to like this place a lot and came here almost every week. Today, we came around 4:30 PM. It was very disappointing because the oat milk latte I ordered did not taste right this time,. I requested to have it remade but I was told that I would have to pay for another one. I left the beverage on the counter as is.because I refused to pay for a drink that I have already paid for. To add, the music was a little loud for people to talk comfortably..I hope that management will take note of these issues.

Every single time I've come here I've never had a friendly customer experience. All the employees never smile and seem as though they have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. It seems as though the employees need to be coached on providing better customer service or an all new friendlier group needs to be hired.

Hated my experience to be honest. I go through the drive thru and order the Vietnamese cold brew . Not that good tasting by the way. And the cups for the beverages that are iced are flimsy. I didn't even grab it hard and I spilled on over myself. Guy didn't even offer me napkins and I had to go back ask for them and he has the nerve to look at me like I was crazy. Literally ruined my morning and the coffee sucks no lwonder there's no line every morning . I'd give zero if I could
Beautiful area, beautiful store!!! It wasn't busy when I went in earlier, but im sure they do get busy, especially their drive-thru. Tons of parking available. Girl who took my order was so sweet, and she was sweeping, keeping the store clean in between customers. I loved all the Valentine's decor! My drink was delicious, and I'm pretty positive all their iced blended drinks are delicious. I downloaded their app. With their app, they offered me a 50% off welcome beverage and just fyi a free drink on my birthday :) I will definitely be a returning customer!

This is such a nice store. Service is always friendly and fun, as they tend to love to interact with the customers via little events, games, cute picture ops, ect. The treats and drinks have all been consistently delicious. Overall a cute place to enjoy a cup of anything you'd like in a fun atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: There are games, coloring materials, and other things to keep kids and adults entertained and engaging with one another or to help kids have fun while mum and friends have a cup together.

Great place to visit for coffee and things and the staff were great. Its a very relaxing atmosphere and a nice place to hang out and do some of your work online. Thanks for all the staff that work there and make our experience relaxing and enjoyable.Wow, what a deference in experience from the Starbucks down the street.

I love to get coffee from here, they have a delicious variety and decent prices! Sitting inside the coffee place is nice as well, it’s clean and pretty quiet when it’s not busy. I like the atmosphere! Workers can be a bit standoff-ish though, but they’ve never been rude! Overall, i like it here.
