The Fuchsian Pizza Sector

Super frustrating.Starting with the bad: They will cancel your order without notice, over an hour after accepting the order. Leaving you stranded without food for multiple hours.The good: best pizza in the South West of Bakersfield due to variety.Ultimately: I have had 3 canceled orders. I've ordered 5 times. Their pizza is good, but not good enough to make me order again. Order a deep dish from Cubbies essentially next door.It's not fun getting calls from irritated delivery drivers who have wasted their time expecting to get a tip making a quick delivery.

Pizza was ok at best. Ordered a chicken kabob pizza. The chicken wasn't proper meat, it was all processed. Customer service was WEAK. The waitress was new, bless her heart, but BEER does not go in a glass with ice. Good thing the manager corrected her. I would have stayed for another beer, but nobody bothered to ask, eventhough my bottle was empty for over 15 minutes. I helped myself to a to-go box and left my money on the bar. Hopefully I left the right $amount, because again, no one asked how things were or if I was ready for the check eventhough I was the only customer in the restaurant on a friday night.

Two minutes after fast pleasant delivery. The fuchian fries are to die for. If you have adventurous taste buds this is the place. Absolutely the best.

We recently moved to this side of Bakersfield and have tried Fuchsian Pizza a couple times now. Each time we got a different style of pizza and have enjoyed all of them very much. We’re big fans of the crust and have enjoyed the Korean pizza, Lahori, and chili dragon. The owner has always been informative about the different flavours and has made some great recommendations. My last visit they offered me a sampler of a new menu item, the samosa chaat, which was also fantastic. Highly recommend if your looking to satisfy a samosa craving! Great food and great customer service. Will be ordering again!

Just found this place. Very different from any traditional pizza place. Like a family restaurant with home perfected recipes that decided to specialize in pizza. Kinda like New Jack Pizza for California you might say. My wife and I split a medium pie and every bite tasted fresh. It was unexpected flavors. We had a wonderful time at a comfortable place. Worth giving it a go.

10 out of 5 experience. Owner very personable, made sure customer was satisfied, hand made brick oven gourmet pizza with freshly bought, prepared food items. Amazing experience. A MUST go family friendly business. Great open seating area for family gatherings and group celebrations. If you have a quinzenera, birthday or graduation party this is the place to go.

Quality of food:This is easily the BEST part about this place. My favorite thing to do with friends is order a bunch of random small pizza flavors and try something new every time.Dining experience:I did not dine inside the business, but it was very clean and well kept. The employees were also very friendly and kept me posted on my order as I waited. As I was leaving, they also made it a point of thanking me for supporting their business and I was really grateful for their hospitality.Pricing:Pricing is a little high for me when it came to ordering different small sized Fuchsian Pizzas, but the flavor is so good it's worth it to me. I order 4 small Fuschian pizzas, all different flavors and I paid about $80 bucks. To me, the flavor was top notch, but this would have to be my only complaint about this place.Recommendations:My favorite pizzas had to be the Mexi Corn, the Chili Dragon and the Drunken Maui. I've almost had every flavor of pizza they offer and haven't found a bad one yet! Try everything if you can!

Takes approximately an hour to make a pizza. Well, I believe restaurant shouldn’t accept orders if they are under staff and can’t deliver on time. 1 hr wait is enough to kill the appetite. But the food is scrumptious, the rating is due to the waiting time.

Super great pizza! Crust is amazing, which is important to me in a pizza. Amazing flavor combinations in each pizza. Definitely recommend for a unique pizza experience. I have liked all the flavors I've tried so far of the Fuschian flavors: King Tut, Drunken Maui, Mexi Corn, Crispy Buffalo.

An amazingly different family owned pizza restaurant.Can’t seem to stop ordering the same things because they’re that addicting . The love that’s poured into the unique sauces and everything homemade makes a huge difference between her and other locations. By far the best pizza in Bakersfield. When we move this place as well as the owners will be one of the things we will miss most about Bakersfield. Thank you for the great customer service and hospitality you always provide. This place is fantastic, and I can't believe the dining room is always empty when I come in! We've eaten here so many times. The pizza, the wings, everything is fantastic.Standout favorites are the Muddy Paneer Fries, the Fuschian House Dry Rub wings, and the pizzas. Like, all of them. So good.

The elote pizza is a must to try!I will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my friends

This is a total gem, the menu has all the classics but also a range of innovative pizzas you didn't even know you were missing! My absolute favorite pizza in Bakersfield or beyond. I've tried half the menu by now and its all fantastic! The "muddy butter fries" are the best thing ever!The owners are very friendly too which keep me coming back - I'm always eager and happy to support local family run businesses!

All I can say is Fuchsain is my new favorite pizza place. The Afghanistani pizza is beyond amazing! The pepperoni puzza is on point. The chicken empanadas were a hit with everyone in the house. Give this place a try you will become addicted.

Time waste and money waste too , I ordered 3 pizzas ? all ? burn , no customer service
