Absolute worst food and service I've ever had in my life! I got a chicken leg and fries. The one piece of chicken was 6 dollars it was undercooked and burnt. Terrible service.

Worst service I ever had at any establishment including the DMV on a holiday weekend. Took forever to get our order in, and the iced tea didn't come out until the food was ready. Food was missing pieces, burnt, old fry oil, and they even messed up the toast. Next time we saw the waitress (despite the empty drinks) was to get the bill. Got up to pay and nobody came out. Went to the kitchen, nobody, knocked and yelled, nobody. Finally left without paying and left messages for a manager to call me. Found our waitress as we were driving away, sitting in her car screwing around in the parking lot. Avoid this place!

I really enjoyed the experience and the service was very friendly. The place was very quiet and we were able to enjoy our food and have a decent conversation.

I'm sitting in this place right now. And the service is absolutely horrible. Had to get up ask for my own silverware, the lady serving us was not friendly and they try to short my food order. Will never come back. Absolutely not

My friend ordered breakfast from there this morning, shrimp and grits with 2 slices I'd bacon and eggs on the side for 31 dollars! The shrimp tasted very old and chewy, bacon cold and old and the toast soggy. This is ridiculous! It was not worth the price at all.

Zero stars (but to "post" it, I have to select 1 star)! A group of us waited 90 minutes for 3 tacos. Today, 5/21/23, I was part of a group that attended Brunchata (brunch + bachata). I arrived at exactly 12:56 p.m. (a few people from the group arrived before I did), and I immediately sat at a table. Subsequently, more people from the group started arriving, as there was a bachata class at 1:00 p.m. When the class started (a few minutes late), I ordered tacos and was immediately told that the cook will not cook the food right now because he was taking care of the orders from the regular customers. I waited a few minutes, and my friend ("D") and I could not wait anymore; so around 1: 36, we were still told that the cook will not cook the food because, now, he did not want, I guess, the grill mixed with other kinds of meat (chicken, beef, etcetera). About 1:44, Daisy decided to order a chicken sandwich. And at around this time, I told the head waitress that you were treating the group differently (I used the word "2nd class citizens") because she continued to take orders and deliver the food to the walk-in customers, while totally ignoring the Brunchata group. She seemed not to like what I said, and she then said, walking away from me, "ok, I will get the cook to cook tacos." At this time, she also asked if I received the mimosa; I replied "no." A few minutes later, my mimosa arrived - however, the rest of the group had not yet received their mimosas. A few minutes later, the organizer then called the owner, and I was then informed that the owner will be coming to the restaurant soon. The organizer suggested to the head waitress to give us at least chips and salsa or French fries. By 1:15 p.m., French fries arrived. About two minutes later, the chicken sandwiched arrived. I took a couple of bites because I was really hungry - like "I had a headache hungry." By 2:24 p.m., the 3 tacos arrived, which took 40 minutes to cook. Question: when does a cook have a power over a group of Brunchata attendees? Answer: when the owner is not there. Note: the group did neither walk-in nor made a reservation the night prior. This event was pre-booked at least a month prior.

Parking: ample parking

It could use more updated decor. The food was over cooked and took forever to serve.

Visited while on the way to San Francisco. Food was ok. Service was not. Rude white lady with a southern accent is taking orders with personal issues. Not sure what her problem was but she came off as racist which is weird because I'm not black and I'm not white. She is the reason I'll warn people to stay away from here. I came here to eat and that's it. I didn't come here to be her friend or to be on the receiving end of her bad attitude. Goodluck to that miserable old lady.

The Glitz Café. Stopped in because I had heard about the good food here. Sunday at around 11am. Kinda empty, plenty of open tables with nice atmosphere. Carrie was the pleasant person who greeted me and showed me to my table. I checked the menu and asked Carrie some questions about some of the items. I decided to have the Chicken Fried Steak breakfast. The meal came with two eggs, country or hash brown potatoes, and toast, biscuit and gravy, or English muffin. The café and staff were clean and the ambiance airy. The wait time for the meal was okay since I had ordered the eggs well done. Plate came and looked great. The steak was good and the gravy complimented flavor. Eggs were cooked well as requested and the country potatoes looked delicious, and were. Overall really really good. Have to go back and try this place again.
