Great service great staff

I just waited 45 minutes in line to grab some basic lunch. In the drive-through . The wait time is ridiculous.

Stopped in The Habit 10 minutes to 9pm. The order taker was super friendly and didn't rush me. Asked for the restroom code while waiting for my order. The server had the best attitude despite the fact it was closing time.

They need to figure out staffing. Half an hour for mediocre fast food isn't fast.

The food has always been great but if you do take out make sure all of your food is in the bag or that they give you the right order. It has happened twice now and it's my mistake that I got all the way home and noticed the issue. There is no way to call the restaurant directly (for a refund) and the automated service pretty much states you need to drive all the way back to get your item(s) replaced. I'm still waiting on a refund for an order that was mixed up where I had purchased more expensive items than the ones I had received. At this point I'm a bit over it.

I got a coupon so I went through the drive through. it took me a while because the parking lot is laid out for maximum car/pedestrian conflict.

the meat on the burger was dry and salty, the cheese was rubbery, and the veggies were thin and wilted. the sides (I got fries, onion rings, and tempura green beans) were bland, and one of the ramekins of sauce in the bag with my food was cut, so ranch dressing got everywhere.

the only genuinely edible thing I got was the chicken bites, but they weren't significantly different from what you can buy at a grocery store and cook in your own oven.

I spent $20 (and that's after the coupon making the $9 burger free) because I wanted to give this place an honest chance. sorry to say it wasn't worth it.

The food was so delicious, costumer service was excellent I felt very welcomed, Greicy, Yurem and Andrea were awesome I will be visiting the habit on California from now on

Bad customer service manager with her attitude waited 15 minutes no one approached us if we wanted help I ask for help no one took our order do not recommend this place

The hamburgers here are really good. Definitely one of my top 5 favorite burger joints. Whatever you choose to eat here, you won't be disappointed. Deliciousness!
