the best habit i have ever had!!!!
We always have great service at this location. Annette in particular always goes above and beyond in the customer service department. We always get our food fast and with a smile. Plus she is always trying to help us get a deal by signing up for the new app. If you find yourself in the SW and want to visit the habit you won't be disappointed.
I wrote a positive review here two years ago because I genuinely enjoyed the delicious sandwiches. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The sandwich I ordered was far below the quality I expected — even worse than McDonald's. The fries were dry, bland, and completely unseasoned. The sandwich, which used to be 250 grams, was noticeably smaller this time, and the taste of the meat was shockingly bad. I was really hungry, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat more than a few bites.
They were kind and nice.
Simple dining room, had the Ahi sandwich and it was sensational
The app wasn't working for my offer so the cashier helped me to make sure I got the deal. Very nice and very patient.

Annette was incredible, friendly happy attitude. So welcoming & inspired us to try the new Cauliflower as well as the new Pesto chicken sandwich. Food was delicious. Definitely coming back to this location?
