Got a Cali sandwich. After 4 bites I got a piece of plastic in my mouth. Looked at other part of sandwich and found same kind of plastic on that side. Told a group of waitresses. One said I'm so sorry we'll remake that. My waitress not once apologized. I overheard them laughing and a cook standing by them said, I didn't cook it. I could hear them across the restaurant. I went back and told them I'm no longer interested. 5 minutes later the waitress walks over and says we took it off the bill. Still no apology. I waitressed and did customer services for years. Not ok. Sorry no pics I wasn't going to write this but the disregard made me annoyed.

We came to grab a quick bite to eat, the service was terrible. Our drink order took 15 minutes. We put in our order and my food was cold. When I told our server, all she had to say was I'm sorry. Never offered another item or to even warm up the food. Then we never saw her again, so no refills on our drinks.

We were the only couple beside one other table. And our food took over 1 hour to receive. The cook decided to clean the fryer when we placed our order . And instead of offering us a discount for waiting, nothing. As a common courtesy I would have expected that at least.

Order out, my nephew picked it up, not knowing it was from Dennys restaurant.I wasn't crazy about it myself. Greasy bread was a little soggy. Brisket ends is the one I had ordered. ( don't recall the name)Next time, I'll go inside Dennys to have one.

I ordered the pancakes, and my friend opted for a sandwich - both dishes exceeded our expectations.
