I have gone to ALL of their restaurants. Terrible and rude customer service. From the east side restaurant, to shafter and Delano. Terrible, Terrible service. It’s as if you’re bothering them. On Wednesday 10-30-24 at approximately 8pm my 2 daughters along with some friends suggested Tony’s pizza on coffee Rd, as we were about to order, the employee told us if we were going to order pizza, it had to be carry out ONLY. We were not allowed to sit and eat in the restaurant. I asked why, and he said bc we close at 9pm. We said we would go somewhere else and the look on the employee was relief. God forbid he has to turn on an oven, make a pizza and then have to clean again. Whoever is in charge, you need to be aware your customers are now going to different new pizza restaurants bc your attitudes and lack of customer service. I for one will never step into another Tony’s Pizza Restaurant
Good food. Diner and pizza bar. It's a Tony's pizza and diner combined.

There was no clean silverware. We were offered plastic. The food wasn't very good. Maybe the pizza is better.
Kid-friendliness: They have a mini arcade

Tony’s Pizza on 178 literally is the absolute worse pizza. I ordered a $35 ($40 w/tip) pepperoni pizza with extra pizza sauce…instead I received a dry pizza with no sauce…and barely any pepperonis….it was a $40 cheese pizza!
Save your money and go to Rusty’s or Dominos on Oswell/178….
I grew up on Tony’s in Delano, but this by far is horrible pizza!

I placed a phone order for pick up. I order the most simplest pizza (XL pepperoni pizza and extra pizza sauce). The pizza was dry, salty pizza sauce, and HARDLY ANY PIZZA Sauce). Our pizza came with EXTRA GREASY cheese (we didn't ask for extra cheese). You can tell the dough was not fresh. I don't think it was worth paying $30 for. Also, they no longer give peppers or cheese to go. Expensive pizza and no condiments for customers? Stay away. Their pizza used to be top notch but is far from that. They have also messed up our orders in the past but this is the last time we will be ordering from Tony's.

Much more expensive than I expected. Same tasty burrito is available for half the price all over town.
