Sometimes when restaurants say “Franchise Opportunities Available” that doesn’t mean you should always take them up on their offer.

This is one of the worst pizza places I’ve ever been to. We ordered a Chili Verde Pizza for $35.50 and the Salad Bar for $7.50 with a Medium drink for $2.99, and finally a side of ranch for 75¢ totaling over $50.

They made us go to the counter to pick up our own pizza, the Chili Verde was cheap (you can tell it came from a can) and was pale in comparison to their location in Porterville. The Salad was nice, but paying nearly $8 for a salad and being limited to serve yourself ONE TIME is absolutely ridiculous.

The owner is inconsiderate and was spending more time talking to his friend that came in than even taking our order.

For your money, you’re better off driving down to the Porterville location.

0/5, maybe they should spend more money on staffing and food quality than the Firefighter-themed regalia.

I have gone to ALL of their restaurants. Terrible and rude customer service. From the east side restaurant, to shafter and Delano. Terrible, Terrible service. It’s as if you’re bothering them. On Wednesday 10-30-24 at approximately 8pm my 2 daughters along with some friends suggested Tony’s pizza on coffee Rd, as we were about to order, the employee told us if we were going to order pizza, it had to be carry out ONLY. We were not allowed to sit and eat in the restaurant. I asked why, and he said bc we close at 9pm. We said we would go somewhere else and the look on the employee was relief. God forbid he has to turn on an oven, make a pizza and then have to clean again. Whoever is in charge, you need to be aware your customers are now going to different new pizza restaurants bc your attitudes and lack of customer service. I for one will never step into another Tony’s Pizza Restaurant

This is yet another time where Tony’s drops the ball. Not once but twice they’ve failed to even put in our order. Even after arriving 45 minutes later and they apologizing for not putting in the order. My poor mother-in-law waited around for another 20 minutes and when she asked the manager how was her order. He said “oh sorry we still haven’t put in your order” pathetic.

Honestly, this is more or less a 2024 update. Great pizza if cooked right. However, they brought a burnt cheese pizza to my table, and all three of my kids were upset. I requested the pizza to be replaced because burnt food kinda sucks and trying to get children to eat burnt pizza is just wrong.

The customer service went like this, I requested the pizza to be replaced with a non burnt pizza, and the girl just took the pizza, rolled her eyes, and didn't even talk to me in response. My wife witnessed the interaction and said. All she had to do was say, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we'll have another one ready for you soon."

Todays customer service is being operated by the most nihilistic generation i have ever seen.

The delivery was left on the doorstep without a knock on the door or ringing the doorbell. Left a 20% tip when the meal was paid for prior to delivery. Called the restaurant to let them know so they could let the driver know that they need to knock on the door. The be manager said yeah that’s Uber’s fault.

They shut down the games while kids were playing and we were still eating. Told us they were closing soon. I just put 40.00 on the game card. We were still eating, nice to push your customers out. There was around 30 more minutes until 9pm, not a good look for this place. When I complained I was told to leave,, we are closed, We were at the door leaving, Jaden’s word were, who cares !! Must be related to someone to act like that, they should close at lunch if this is the attitude they have. The pizza was good, but not good enough to deal with the disrespect!!

Don’t ever try and call to order , I got hung up on … they BLOCKED my number from calling back (I didn’t know that was a thing) when I blocked my number to call and try to ordered she answered again and when I asked who I was speaking with she hung up VERY RUDE && unprofessional, I called back and asked for a manager.. HE WAS NO HELP
In all the years we’ve purchased from this establishment I can’t believe TONYS would let uneducated, no manner having , disrespectful people running this establishment. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS , they should fire all them and hire friendlier , knowledgeable people not the garbage they have there !!
