I have gone to ALL of their restaurants. Terrible and rude customer service. From the east side restaurant, to shafter and Delano. Terrible, Terrible service. Itâs as if youâre bothering them. On Wednesday 10-30-24 at approximately 8pm my 2 daughters along with some friends suggested Tonyâs pizza on coffee Rd, as we were about to order, the employee told us if we were going to order pizza, it had to be carry out ONLY. We were not allowed to sit and eat in the restaurant. I asked why, and he said bc we close at 9pm. We said we would go somewhere else and the look on the employee was relief. God forbid he has to turn on an oven, make a pizza and then have to clean again. Whoever is in charge, you need to be aware your customers are now going to different new pizza restaurants bc your attitudes and lack of customer service. I for one will never step into another Tonyâs Pizza Restaurant

My husband and I went in for lunch today and ordered a pizza and wedges. I have a very severe mushroom allergy. I made sure to tell the young lady who helped us. She personally made sure nothing came into contact with mushrooms, including the boxes for my food and the cups we touched. This girl went above and beyond for me and that is amazing! Thank you Vanessa! Youâre amazing!
So I just tried to place an order for a large combo and their website shows a price of $20.99, when I called to place my order total went up to $38+. I spoke with supervisor Mark and he was unable to honor it, his response was âour website at the store is down and I have no control over that, I canât honor it.â I asked him if I went in and showed him would he honor it and he said no! What a shame, this location is falsely advertising. I expect their manager Bernard to retrain his employees and do a better job. This place sucks! Donât recommend this place at all as they seem to be taking your money and falsely advertising. Wouldnât doubt if theyâre pocketing the rest!
