Tutti Frutti Stockdale

My family, friends, and I wanted a sweet treat after bowling, so we decided to visit this Tutti Frutti since it was the closest one. It was our first time here, and as soon as we walked in, the employees didn’t even greet us. I thought it would be a welcoming and smooth experience, but it was not. There was a man, who I assume is the owner, rushing us, and a woman (possibly his wife) who looked annoyed the entire time. The young man who helped us (maybe their son) was okay, but overall, the experience was unwelcoming. I wouldn’t come back.

Yogurt Is good an older woman helped me and she was rude. Rolling her eyes at me because it was my first time there and I didn’t know how it worked. They were 20 mins from closing and I asked for an Açaí bowl and she rolled her eyes. Feeling bad I asked if yogurt would be easier and she replied with “obviously 🙄”. You would think you would treat your customers better.

$16 dollars two yogurt flavors 1 cup 3 toppings and to be treated like a burden is crazy.

A young man was kind enough to explain how it worked.

Only giving two stars because the young man was kind otherwise it would have been zero.

So clean!! Great for food allergens. Owner is so friendly and it is quick service. Will def come back.

Fantastic choice of flavors, and very easy and quick checkout. Serve Yourself from the many natural flavors to choose from. Prices are slightly high but so worth it. The owner is always there to help you with your order. Very popular place which is attracts crowds ofallages but never crowded

The yogurt is excellent!! And the owner is very nice and welcoming! But I don’t know if it’s his wife or if she’s an employee there but she’s always very cold towards me and I feel like she is judging me. I was trying to be nice and asked her how she was doing and she looked the other way and gave me a one word answer. “Good” and you? If it were for her this place would be amazing. But that is not how you treat ur customers. I don’t even know her. I’ve been in there a few times. And she’s just very churlish.

All the yogurts were refreshing and the fruits fresh. The only issue we encountered was the Indian guy following us around while we were there putting the yogurt in our cups.

Yogurt was not frozen. Waiting on the employee to serve toppings was frustrating as he was also attending to other things. Further melting the yogurt. Having to say how many scoops of something you want also made me not want any toppings. Will not return. This isnt a self serve anymore.

I would not recommend anyone going to either this location or the other Tutti Frutti location on Gosford. I went here and had some yogurt with my family a week ago and in the same day, I had massive bloating. That same night, I had explosive diarrhea and vomited twice. The following day I couldn’t eat and kept vomiting, with more diarrhea and body aches. All this lasted about 2-4 days after eating yogurt at this location. Now, my family member who visited the Gosford location encountered the same problem yesterday and was unable to sleep due to excessive diarrhea and vomiting. Clearly, they are not cleaning their machines and they must have not been cleaned for a long time if we were majorly affected the same day. It’s disgusting and absolutely unacceptable for a place of business, especially since Listeria can kill people. Do not go here or to the other location for that matter!
