Amazingly good. The Barbocao Taco salad was great. Has a kick but the burn is worth it. A definite must eat.

This was the first time trying varsity Grill. I went with my friend who ordered The green Chilaquiles. That came with beans and your choice of eggs we got over medium. I got the built your own omelette with ham two types of cheese and green onion. The omelette came with your choice of hash, brown or country potatoes I chose country potatoes, and for bread I asked for the biscuits and gravy. The Chilaquiles and beans were good. The eggs were cooked perfectly medium. The omelette was good as well however, the country potatoes lack flavor, and I wish the bell peppers were more cooked. The biggest downfall was the biscuits and gravy that biscuit was so dense, and the gravy was watery and tasted like a clam chowder gravy mix. It was very odd. my friend also ordered a side of fries, which were OK. Stuff was OK. They were checking in on us. One other Group of people went while we were eating, but other than that it was pretty dead there. Which was surprising on a Sunday at noon. I don't know if they just opened up and not a lot of people have heard of them. Their pricing is very very cheap compared to other spots. So the pricing alone would make me go back to try other options. And depending on how That goes, maybe change the star rating but for now I think a three out of five would be a good review in my opinion.

What an incredible place. A chance stop after grocery shopping. The server was beyond friendly and helpful. Food off the hook. Huge portions, reasonable prices. Can't wait to return.
