Food is good with good variety. But service hasn't improved. Still slow and inattentive, always looking for a server. Place is too small for that to happen.

This is one of the best Mexican food places in town. Has a cool Mexican vibe, great ambience, music, and a really nice bar and restaurant area. We have tried the giant burritos, quesadillas., Mulita, sopes, tacos, and fresh made Chicharrones. The food quality is super authentic, right down to the seasoning. It felt like eating at my mom‘s kitchen. Even the guacamole and salsa appetizers have lime in them with fresh made chips. Bring your willpower, because you will eat all the chips.

Without a doubt the best service, the waitress one of the best, very attentive, always in everything, water, food, they serve the food super fast and they are attentive to one, even though it was full, there was always someone asking if something was missing, highly recommended

I ordered a Mexican candy mango shooter as my drink with an unsweet tea on the side. I came at happy hour so some items were cheaper. The Mexican candy shooter had the overpowering mango flavor. I couldn't taste any tequila. For an appetizer, I ordered the fried potato tacos, which was served with lettuce and pickled onions on top. With cojita cheese and what appears to be sour cream drizzle. The potato filling itself did lack a little seasoning. The taco shell was crispy around the edges.
The green salsa that they served with the chips was a delight. There was so much cilantro in it. It is my favorite at this place.
I ordered one birria taco and one beef cheek tacos. You can tell that it is a beef cheek because of the fattiness with the meat.
The beef cheek taco is full of flavor. If you are into this kind of meat, you will love it here. The birria taco meat is excessively dry, but it is flavored very well. It is a good and a bad taco. The good being the flavor in the meat itself and the bad being that it was too dry.
I did order the posole, but I have yet to try it. I don't have room to eat it, so I'll just take it home. All the other tacos were to go. Service was exceptional! When I come back, I'll try the enchiladas. Loud bar, good for game day. The place is very clean.

This spot has amazing service paired with some fun decor! I got the sampler platter. The Floutas are fairly bland, the chili verde tastes great but it full of bones, cartilage and fat.

Terrible rip off experience! My company did a team builder ending at this location. They knew weeks in advance 20+ were coming. They had a table set for us in the bar. Service was so slow we got food before our drinks. People were going to the bar to get quicker service where 5 dudes were standing around as one (?) made the drinks the waitress ordered. Ended up double charging several of us. When we pointed this out the waitress looks at her screen then looks at us like “huh?” Best part was being asked to move our party because someone else had reserved our table. What?? We reserved it! Oh and on my way out I was unfortunately the last and was told we still owed for one beer. I paid not wanting the cops called on me or get in trouble at work. We all went to Spirits next door and had a WAY better time with great service, strong drinks (unlike vatos) and priced reasonably. Second best part is when I meet up with my group at Spirits where we should have gone from the beginning and being told another person in my party paid for that “last beer.” Cool. Thanks Vatos. Never again and my company won’t be back either!!! Merry Christmas!!
