Rude, impatient person rung me up. I was not offered nor given a receipt. She did not allow me any opportunity to ask as she told the person behind me that she would help them at the next register.

It wasn’t my first visit but it will be my last. She was just very coarse and curt from the beginning of the interaction.

The dry quesadilla had no sauce or dip, and a minuscule amount of cheese which rendered it incapable of being a quesadilla.

For Victors, my review is simple. It gets the job done, it is quick and easy, while keeping fresh whole ingredients. I love to go to Victors for a quick bite to eat for lunch because of how healthy it feels and tastes. Comparable to Chipotle but in my opinion, its not close. Fresh ingredients and not over salted makes it my favorite go to option.

I’ve been going to this location for years and it has gone downhill. I always get the breakfast tacos and they’re amazing ! The last couple times I’ve gone the tacos have been sloppy and has one piece of bacon for the entire taco. The shell is extremely dried out and hard, honestly not even edible. I don’t know if you got new cooks or new owners but this place is awful now. The service was also awful this last time I went. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

It's bougie Taco Bell, they hide the prices of everything and charge for every extra. I paid $2.50 for a quarter sized ball of guac?! Insane. $17.50 for a burrito is NOT worth it. I can go to the taco truck down the street for better food for less and the sides and extras are free. I will never come into this place again. To make things worse they want a tip for a job they are paid to do... NO.

Chipotle will never see me again that is forsure!

Great food good prices

Called an order in for 2 burritos, was told that it would be 20 minutes showed up had to wait 20 more minutes and when I finally asked how much longer we were told “about 10 more minutes or so” 50 minutes for two burritos that we called and ordered ahead of time is just insane to me. No thanks!

My favorite spot. The food is amazing. I highly recommend.

Just got back from ordering lunch from Victor's on the Easdt Side. The staff at this restaurant are fabulous. Kind , helpful , and professional. I will continue to tell people of this hidden gem

We usually try new places but shortly after eating here yesterday my 2 children both got food poisoning from here. This isn’t the first time it has happened either.

I’m giving a 1 star on price. Never in my life I would think I would have to pay $16.51 for a shrimp burrito. Definitely leaving Califorina before it get worse.

Do NOT order here or buy 4th time getting a bad order in this restaurant 20 th st Bakersfield CA Called them on my order 7/24/24 order online paid 18 dollars plus tax for a shrimp burrito with 5 shrimp counted nothing else a regular size tortilla, called them around 1:30 manager it's a female refuse to give her name I requested my burrito to please get fixed or return my money back and refuse to super rude the way she was talking back at me. If I could give 0 stars I would. My lunch was ruined they need to be more responsible and have better customers service regarding your position.
