This is literally my favorite food place ever. I live in Utah and took a trip back out to Cali and absolutely had to stop and grab some delicious food !

The food at WaBa is always really fresh and the portions are above an average meal size. The variety of sauces fits every type of craving with sour, sweet, and/or spicy. The service is really quick and I've had only good experiences. It's usually a quiet and mellow atmosphere which makes for a nice lunch break!

Ate there on a Saturday evening, around 5pm and the place was empty which should have been a sign that things were not good. The 4 of us ordered bowls, and the food was served cold. The meat had a strange flavor to it. However, I did like the spicy sauce. The place was dirty, and unkept. It was our first and last time we’ll be eating here.

I walked in Friday evening around 6:30 pm. There was nobody but me. The girl at the register was busy talking/laughing on the phone with AirPod in her ear. She barely took my order while being busy talking on the phone. The food came out fast and was ok, but I couldn't pass the fact that; 1.She was picking her nails when I got there. 2. No gloves 3. She scraped off the rice that stuck on her bare hand in the container... I lost my appetite and just ate the teriyaki chickens on top.

Tell that hippo in the front to get off her phone, she was on FaceTime and on the phone while taking my order, plus she was loud lol

I usually have a good experience coming to this location, but tonight I walked in and was half greeted by the lady behind the counter. What made this experience frustrating was the fact that the employee didn't even try to take my order, but rather she sat behind the register on FaceTime and ate. Nobody else seemed to be on shift and if they were they sure weren't too concerned with taking my order.

Wanted something healthy. Decided to get the salad because rice was too heavy for me. I got the Spicy Asian Salad with chicken. It had great flavor. The spicy sauce was mixed very well amongst the wontons, edamame, tomatoes and carrots. It gave the salad a great spicy saucy flavor instead of the typical salad dressing taste. Overall I liked the salad but the chicken was pretty dry. I didn't expect that, with all the flavors on the salad. I thought it would be a tasty chicken, but it was not. I actually ended up eating the salad goodies but pulled the chicken out. I think next time, I will still get the salad but maybe change the protein to steak or something else. I will definitely go back and give them a second try.

Need to clean the grill bro. I literally order a waba bowl today and everything tasted charred like a grill, nasty. Tossed my food immediately after that.
