Food was acceptable and the atmosphere is welcoming but the service for us was particularly poor. Me and my wife are an interracial couple, black and white, not sure which of us the server was displeased with but we were not checked on at all as we watched every other table get the courtesy service that we weren’t getting. When we first walked in, a woman came to the front concierge desk and ignored us until she felt like asking us if we had been helped yet. Then she continued to seem displeased while taking our drink order. After she brought our drinks, we never heard from her again yet she checked on every other table around us. A different woman took our order, brought our food when it was ready and never came back around to ask us how it was or if we needed anything else. Finally, when we were done eating, I decided to look at her until she looked at me just so I could get her attention to bring us to go boxes as we were more than ready to leave this place. When she brought the boxes she said nothing about the check so I took it upon myself to walk upfront where the nice gentleman there helped take my payment and I must say I felt bad for him because I never don’t leave a tip even if the server was rude but I have never been to a restaurant and felt so ignored like this before!

Food is always good, just ordering online sucks a bit. I wanted green enchiladas and since the picture showed green i figured i would get green and it didn’t give me an option to choose either green or red and they gave me red 😕

I want to give this place one🌟 start only to keep it a secret 🤫because I don't want everybody to know how great 🥳this wake up Cafe 🌞is I've only been there one time ⏰️but this place🏡 turned into one of my must review spots🤩 if you want good food 🥞🧇🍔🌭🥪🌮🥙🌯🥗🍝🍧🍨🍩🥧☕️good service 👑a great atmosphere🎵🎼🎶 to relax 🏝and eat your food this is the spot❎️ I didn't give this place five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟because I've only been there once but man I'm eager to go back and try it again let's go folks cheers🥂

My family comes here often but everytime Angelique is our waitress we get the worst service. Its like our table doesn't exist. We get no hello, no checking in to see if we need anything throughout the 1~2 hrs there... and upon leaving we get no thank you or goodbye. It's gotten to the point we tell managers not to sit us with her due to the lack of customer service. They cannot even charge the correct table. They charged me almost $300 for the wrong party when my total was only $50. The food is decent and the other waiters/servers are nice but they don't seem to care about her service.

I think we're running out of love for this place thanks to waitress Angelique. (Or is it the owner?) She completely ignores the customer, never returns to the table as if the place is too small for her. That makes the experience completely disappointing. When I see that he is there, I ask that they not put us in his station because it is always the same. Unfortunately when I arrived, my friend was already sitting at her station and history repeated itself. The handlers know this because it has been told to them, hence my doubt if she is the owner.

The service here is amazing. All the servers were extremely nice and attentive. We were seated promptly to our table, the restaurant has very homey vibe which we loved. The prices are fair and you get generous portions. The food was delicious and our kids also enjoyed their food. We recommend the Tres Leches French Toast and the Horizon Omelette. The kids liked their pancakes, sausage, and eggs, but really liked the mixed fruit. They have lots to choose from their menu, and also have a kids menu and senior menu. We can’t wait to eat here again.
