Their service is the worst. I went here to pick up my door dash order and they said it would take two minutes but they kept me waiting for 25 minutes and kept telling me that the order would be ready in two minutes. They gave me the wrong order and wasted half an hour. I was very disappointed. They are not providing proper service at all.

Had horrible experience night management gave me hot drinks not even room temperature not exaggerating this order was wrong I stayed at the California inn rite next door the next morning I express it to the manager on duty I then ask for corporates number she said nothing would happen that the matter would just get pushed back to her then I asked when her area manager would be available she then gave me the same reply I started to become annoyed so I kept my cool and decided to write a review after about a month went by I came to check on it only to find out it was never posted so here I am this Wendy's was everything I thought it shouldn't be management is poor drinks are served hot with no problem order was incorrect I'm urging any and everybody to avoid night shift purchases at this location

Got there around 3 and the service was backed up. Nobody in line ahead of me to order, but there was a man at the counter who said they'd been waiting for their food for 20 minutes. I had to wait 15 before placing my order. The self-service kiosk was not functioning. What mess. The order was missing our frosties, so I had to stand at the counter and wait for them after getting the main portion of our food. The man working the register was visibly anxious. I watched the other kitchen staff while I was waiting and they didn't seem to be in any kind of hurry at all, despite the backup. Everyone was more focused on the drive thru orders and online pickups than the actual people standing in the restaurant.
I placed a mobile order for pick up through the drive thru and when I got to the speaker they told me (extremely rudely) I had to come inside?? I had already paid so I had to get my 4 year old and sleeping 1 year old out of the car to come pick up food.
