Worst Wendy’s service in Bakersfield low quality food and unprofessional workers and they closed their dining room early it was only 9pm when I came by.

I just had a similar experience to an other reviewer with a young lady in glasses & braces. Extremely rude, I asked for her manager, a young kid comes out who is the “manager” & they giggle together. Then she proceeds to tell me it’s just her voice & she can’t help the way she talks. I told her that had nothing to do with customer service. I check my order, it’s incomplete, she asks me to pull to the front for fresh nuggets. I’m so sad, this used to be my favorite Wendy’s, I’ve been coming here for 15+ yrs ?.

Was a wait at the drive-thru. Went inside not as bad. Food came pretty quickly. Fries are not as fresh but sufficient.2.26.24 - Ryan was awesome. Service was quick and food was fresh.

Started going to school in the afternoons, so I eat once or twice outside. I try Wendy's and I was very surprised because people don't dine in no more. I love eating at Peace, the staff are very polite and the restaurant is clean.

Used to go here all the time. Pulled in to the drive through. Got my order headed to the window. Pulled up to the window, gave the lady my money. And then she asked me to pull over to the side and wait for fresh nuggets. I told her no, thank you. I'll wait right here, then. She proceeded to get an attitude with me. And then tried to hand me. My money back after I paid. Said that I was being rude because I didn't want to move. My food was sitting right on the counter waiting after 2 minutes of sitting in the drive through. Just like any other Wendy's. We love their baked potatoes ? with chili and a side salad. So ?? good.
The food is really amazing the service was terrible. They forgot two of my meals, an when told them about my two missing meals they didn't like the fact the was telling them about it. It took me an extra 40 minutes telling them about my missing meals. In the end I got my meals but I wasted more time arguing with them an by the time I went home my meals were cold.

I rated 3 stars for mutual. It’s okay, nothing to get excited about. There was nobody there, completely empty. I also thought it was expensive. Spent $45 dollars on 5 people and I didn’t even get myself a combo. I think I will just stick to something cheaper.
