The whole lobby was smokey like the ventilation wasnt on, there was a drive thru line all around the entire building bleeding into the street, 3 online orders came in me included and the cashier kept asking if it was our order even though he said it was our order, we were missing 4 items and only received 2, so we waited more or less 20 minutes enough for the food to get cold. after we got 2 out of 4 of the missing items and had to remind the cashier multiple times for what we ordered, he was polite but didnt seem like he knew what he was doing.

I ordered 2 combos of the Bacon cheese burger with fries, chicken nuggets, and drink. Each was the size of Childs meal! Ridiculous! Never will I order from Wendy's online and have it delivered. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Still hungry after eating the messy junk!

Went and ordered some breakfast sandwiches and when we went to the window we were greeted by a very friendly worker. She apologized because she had to give us $14 change and $10 of that had to be all in change because her manager had left her working there alone. I didn't mind the change but I did mind the manager leaving before making sure her worker(s) were prepared before she left.

I went through the drive through before closing time land the young man working the drive through was awesome my kids were being super difficult, switching it up and he had alot of patience he service was great also the food was still fresh and good
