Great atmosphere but took about 5 minutes to just ask for water. Its everywhere and its bad no one is in the front anymore. The fast food has changed over the years and it's not for the better like most people think.

Wendy's has lost much of its charm. The food is high priced but fine. At one time the key for Wendy's was pleasant and friendly. With great fresh food, salad bar, and feeling of family I'm starting to believe my expectations would be better at the drive thru. Big company bottom line only looking for higher gains for the next quarter only is their only concern.

I walked in today and ordered 3 S.O.Bs. the crew member Michael was very helpful and had stellar service but the management NEEDS SERIOUS HELP instead of backing Michael up and handling out food they throw him under the bus by only handing out half the order THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS VERY SERIOUS

Tried to walk in and was told they were closed until 10am. When I told them out was past 10 they pretty much blew me off. Horrible customer service and clearly they have unreliable hours and staff. I'll be avoiding this location from now on.
Food is good but staff doesn't help, need more orientation or training in customer service they don't even ask you if you want some addresses for your burgers or neither ask you if you want a single ketchup that makes your eating experience poor
