I went to pick up my order, just like at every store where there's a pickup counter. Since we can usually pick up orders from the pickup counter, I proceeded to do so. But at this location, at the pickup counter, they told me to step back, saying I couldn't pick it up that way. They said they would bring it to me. So why did they even have a pickup counter? They were incredibly rude to me, beyond belief. They were all so rude; the staff is terrible.

I’d like to report an unpleasant experience with a Wendy’s employee named Hailey at the second drive-thru window. She displayed a negative attitude when I politely asked to add one more item to my order, and she audibly groaned in annoyance. This kind of behavior made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Got the spicy chicken combos chicken was old enough that when u took a bite it was stringy Jerky tough wilted small tomato and fries weren't fresh soft and warm at most and had to turn around to get my boo book they forgot to put it in the bag

I was going to go inside but the were slammed, lunch, so I drove through. Clerk was friendly and there was not much wait there, so a win there. I love the burgers there and their ultimate drink a frosty was great. Nice and frozen and needed the spoon as usual to eat it! Not too expensive and a great lunch!
