We got there at 12 pm and there was no one in the lobby and the lobby was a mess and it smelled like something died out side the store (almost left) The customer service was ok and food was prompt but clean wise needs work.

First off, we had missing food in our bags, secondly it took about 10 or so minutes to get our food and we held up the line in a drive thru because they wanted us to sit there. Thirdly, after we got our food they were careless and when we went back they gave us our food and didn’t say a thing and there was a hair in the burger. Absolutely horrible Wendy’s location.

Normally the food is pretty good. Mistakes here or there but nothing huge. I will say that they do NOT know how to make a breakfast there. Barely heated English muffins with a rubbery sausage in the middle do not make for a good meal. Couldn't even finish it lol.

I liked their soda machine options, service was average, place was blah, my fish sandwich looked to be double fried, greasy but dry inside (not sure how that happens) and the corners were curling up cause it was over cooked. Kinda disappointed.
Today is Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at approximately 5:45 PM. The manager that’s on duty now is so nasty and rude. This is the fourth time I’ve been in this drive-through when this manager is cussing and arguing with workers yelling she tried to give me someone else and she gave me a nasty look and walked away from the window. She is disrespectful and has a nasty attitude. Take that ish back to the East side big hungry
