Accidentally ordered from Gosford instead of Calloway. They told me I needed to drive all the way out to Gosford to pick it up and would not transfer my order or provide refund. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!

Have been wanting to try this place after seeing them on Instagram so stopped to get a sandwich. Couldn’t decide on what to get so tried the turkey cranberry and also the pastrami. Also saw they had chicken poblano soup and got some too. So happy I stopped as all the sandwiches and the soup were delicious although my favorite was the turkey cranberry. Will definitely go back and try other sandwiches but can’t wait to get the turkey and cranberry again as well as more of the chicken poblano soup. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely come back

Casual, clean, friendly service. Kids loved the sandwich and drink choices. Lots of salad choices too. Gluten free is an option and per staff they clean everything, change gloves, etc. I am coming off an exposure so did not try but good to know it’s an option.

I had been meaning to try this place since it opened and I finally was able to eat there sandwiches. We ordered pick up for five. We ordered five sandwiches and a cup of chowder. It came out right about $60. When we picked up we were greeted immediately and somebody came right over to help. Very welcoming and very pleasant. The dining area was very simple and very nice. It was comfortable. Everything was spotless which is always a big plus. They just finished bagging my order so timing from the online ordering was spot on. Ok, I like bread and I really like sourdough. It was perfect. A crispy crust with a nice bread inside. It was perfect for the chowder and fantastic with the sandwiches. Every bite had the crisp snap to it but not a hard bite. Just a great sourdough. I had the cranberry turkey and it was DELICIOUS. The kids loved their ham and cheese and salami’s etc. I will definitely be going back.

Me and my mom came here for lunch and the sandwiches were amazing, everything was fresh, customer service was top tier didn’t have a long wait time. We will most definitely be coming back.

Really great spot , staff is always friendly. I always get the turkey and salami I’m always a happy camper with that. My only issue is it’s a little pricey . Inflation?

Love the food but recently we ordered online for us to pick up. Order went thru charged our card . Went in to pick up order and apparently there was a power outage. Guy said nothing he can do. We showed that they charged us but guy didn't care. Long story short no response from cooperate and this has been several weeks. Over 60 dollars we lost. Love the food but will not give our business to disloyal business.

Ordered some food on Uber for me and my sister and it was alright. Definitely recommend Deli delicious, Jersey mikes, or even subway. As I read some of these reviews I can’t help but notice the positive to negative ratio in reviews is weird. Some of these positive reviews look like they come from workers, managers, or family members trying to bury negative reviews in order to give this place a fake good reviews but I don’t know it’s just an assumption.

The food was delicious. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and everyone was really nice about any accommodations. The playlist is amazing and my friends and I love coming here to hang out.

This was my third time here all three times the food was amazing and the bread was top notch. The first two visits (even though a little unorganized) were great. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I didn’t mind waiting. The first two times the attention to customer service was great. However my friend and I went for lunch today. I had the turkey avocado and bacon sandwich and she had a blt. When I bit into my sandwich my avocado was extremely hard. I paid extra for it which isn’t a problem if I could have eaten it. I let the girl at the register know that their avocados were not even close to being ripe and she might want to let the other customers know. She looked at me and continued to make the sandwhich. I then called her and let her know nicely once again that the avocado wasn’t ripe and she might want to let the customers know before she charged and served them. She wrapped the sandwich up and bagged it. There was another young girl Hispanic that responded to me and even checked the rest of the avocados and let her manager know that the entire box wasn’t ripe. She apologized however the girl with the black braid and the gentleman dark hair in the back never said anything and continued to go on about their stuff. It was a weird dynamic for customer service. I love leaving positive content and usually only leave a negative remark if it has to do with customer service. The food is always great and fresh but today at 2 pm it was not it. Hispanic girl that checked the avocados 10/10 food 8/10 freshness 10/10 girl with the black braid at the register and dark haired man in the back 2/10 customer service with the price we pay for food today is everything.

My first experience I ordered the Italian straight up (everything that is included in the price, on it). The crunchy exterior and surprisingly soft inner of the sourdough. Was this the best Italian I’ve ever had? It’s in the top two. Also order ahead of time at this specific location. I waited 20 minutes for my meal to go, with one couple in the lobby AND still when ate my first bite I wasn’t the slightest upset about the wait.

Great Ambience for all ages! I visit store for many times since it opened and tried most of the sandwiches, all are finger- licking but my favourites are Garlic Chicken pesto, Cranberry Turkey, BBQ Brisket. All staff members are really soft spoken and have welcoming behaviour towards customers. I have seen how manager take care of everything in such a great manner.
I would highly recommend this place?
