Wetzel's Pretzels

Horrible experience due to the manager, Maria. I was given pretzels that were raw inside, and when I brought it up, instead of apologizing or offering to remake them, she had an attitude and acted bothered that I even said something. Extremely unprofessional behavior, especially from someone in a management position. Customer service was nonexistent, and the way the situation was handled was embarrassing for the business. I left frustrated and disappointed and will not be returning ever again. I would definitely give her a rating of 0/10 for being a “manager” if I could!!! Not only was she rude to me as a customer but went back and said rude unprofessional comments to her staff. Lady needs to be fired.

I'm not sure what happened to everyone? Maybe they are competitors because my pizza bites and mini dog bites were scrumptious!!

So disappointed with my dog bites today. They were dry and hard. Plus the cup wasn’t even full. It didn’t even count towards my reward balance.

Pretzel is burn and Cold little sausage with the cheese is look like from yesterday!!!

They never have anything ready bunch of rude women working wish I could give negative 3 stars save your time just go to the mall
