Me and my baby when there it was good at first. She even said" I want I want to go for my birthday it was fun " but later something was wrong. That frozen yogurt had our stomach hurting for 3 days she said Mom I don't ever want to eat there again . Warning to all that don't have a strong stomach ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ ?

The attitude of the service staff is very good, but the ice cream is too soft. Although the waiter said that only the strawberry flavor will be like this, the vanilla one we ordered is the same, and it quickly becomes a milkshake when squeezed out.

My family and I love wild berry we’ve been going there since ever 🤗🍦🍨

Never coming here again. There was trash all over the floor because the trash cans were overflowing and the employees were sitting around doing nothing. Ordered a boba smoothie. They didn't even bother straining the boba so almost half of my drink was boba liquid. And the smoothie just tasted like milk. Wasn't sweet, no flavor whatsoever. Don't waste your money.

There is no reason for you to stop giving away sampler cups, how are your customers supposed to know what to get?. You are already overcharging for frozen yogurt, you know it's not because of COVID, it's because you refuse to have more than one person working at a time to make your margins better or because you cannot attract workers at the starvation wages you offer. Be better. I won't be coming back.

Honestly is so expensive ($10) for small cup of ice cream with 3 wedges of strawberries

(Translated by Google) The worst service you can imagine, you enter and it seems that the store is alone because the only thing the employee does is be on her cell phone, I take a spoon to taste the snow from the machine and then if the employee spoke and said no This could be done, which is understandable in these times, what is not right is the attitude of that employee, I do not recommend them at all ?(Original)El peor servicio que se puedan imaginar, entras y parece que está sola la tienda por que la empleada lo único que ase es estar en su celular, tome una cuchara para probar la nieve de la maquina y entonces si la empleada ablo y dijo que no podía aser eso lo cual es entendible en estos tiempos, lo que no está bien es la actitud de esa empleada, no se los recomiendo para nada ?

Overpriced and in my opinion tastes like cheap popsicles.

Me and my husband went into this Yogurtland ripoff and there were signs to wear gloves before serving yourself yogurt. It was packed and literally no one was wearing gloves, but we still put them on to comply. Once we got to the topping selections, one of the workers, WITH NO GLOVES, grabs the strawberries. My husband asked her why she wasn’t wearing gloves and she replied with more attitude than a 13 year old teenager that she doesn’t need to wear gloves and if we don’t want to wear gloves we don’t have to because no one else listens. Very unprofessional and rude and shouldn’t even be employed there. We then were so disgusted because she didn’t wash her hands or have gloves so we left and the other cashier had attitude with us too. Manager, get your employees in check. We left and decided to go to a REAL Yogurtland, and I suggest you do the same.
