I ordered online and when I came into the shop they told me that there was a 10 minute wait for an order I had placed 2 hours ago. When I asked them why they told me they wouldn’t make my order until we payed. What’s the point of ordering online?

Yall either quick with it or take 5 years but get napkins it's ridiculous paying 60 dollars on some chicken and soggy fries with no wipes or napkins got me ripping yalls toilet paper rolls ridiculous
This place is grimey. The dining room smells like the bathrooms. The floors look like they dont get mopped, the soda machine is filthy and always overflowing. My wife and i even saw an employee come out of the kitchen to use the restroom and had no shoes on. He was working in the kitchen in socks. My sons friend worked there and they said they do not put online order in until the person arrives. Walk ins always get prepared first. We went to the niles location and it is SO much cleaner and the staff is professional. The oswell location is disgusting.

Food tasted good, but the boneless wings are no longer full size. I ordered 20 pieces 1/2 hit and 1/2 barbecue. Gor home and realized that they were the same size as nuggets. Total let down for the money.

Customer services is awful! Placed an order, and it says 45 mins, I get there when it says the order is done. End up waiting additional 30 mins. The girl in the front just keep telling everyone they working on it... yeah, no joke. Myself and about 10 other ppl waiting on online placed orders. Then I get my order and it's not even right. Idk if the need to hire more ppl or hire better management. Probably both, but they suck!

This place is trash order with caution. I ordered my order online and when I went to go pick up my order they said they never received anything. Then after a while they said “someone had picked it up already” when I had the receipt and everything. Clearly they gave my order to someone else and couldn’t admit it. I asked if they can make my order then told me no call my bank they couldn’t do anything. All I know is I better get my money back.
