This Wing Stop location has the poorest service. Whether you do pick up or delivery, they always fail to provide what you ordered. I keep having to drive down to retrieve my full order. This time we did pick up and my wife didn’t check the bag and sure enough it was wrong yet again. My wife drove all the way back and l they gave her a hard time about missing wings. We’ve spent so much money at this location to be judged. I tried calling to speak with a manager but no one answers and you can’t leave a message because it just echos your voice. We need a better wing location on the east side.Please do not judge Wing Stop by this location alone as there are great locations out there where you can enjoy this wings.

The wait was crazy. I put in my order before two other people with bigger orders and they got their food way before I did. Not sure what happen. My wife loves there wing but I’m not a fan. If the service was better I would come back

I ordered online, went to pick up my food, two customers were in front of me. I stood by the counter for the pick up order and no one was there to help. The cashier was busy with a customer so i waited. I tried to get an acknowledgment from the cashier and had no success. A tall male customer came for an order as well and stood next to me. He was acknowledged right away and i had to inform him that i was there first. I spoke with the manager who happened to be a young girl, but it didn't appear that it meant anything. They need more training.

I regret to report that my recent visit to your establishment did not meet expectations. The cashier seemed as if she did not want us to order had a very bad customer service attitude. Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the advised wait time, as it was stated as one hour whereas the actual wait time amounted to 25 minutes. Furthermore, the order received was incorrect, as we had ordered and paid for an 8-piece combo but were provided with a 6-piece combo instead.

Ordered online and it said 42-48 minutes, showed up an hour after and was told 15 minutes, checked again after 20 minutes and was told another 6 minutes. At this point I have been here 45 minutes after the 48 minutes I was estimated and still have not received my food.

I have been trying to call literary all day and no one ever answers. My food was cold when delivered chicken was so old and over cooked couldn't even Try to eat it . And the sad part about it is I get wing stop at least 2-3 xs a week . And never had this problem and just to think when I do they can't answer. Trust me they ARE NOT THAT BUSY. TRUST ME
