This place is a joke shift leader is useless couldn't get help from anyone nor any information where was the GM in the middle of the day to support the crew TMobile was offering a special that store was non stop I asked for the number for corporate and they refused to give it to me the service here is the worst ever if it wasn't for lewis ( I think that was his name) you would've got 0 stars The tea was bad it was hot no ice to cool it I'm sure it had expired was in and out of there 4 times. My friend ended up sick from tea I will never eat here again nor recommend it to anyone GET IT TOGETHER WING STOP

I've never had a problem besides long waits. Today, I went in for a T-mobile deal and it wasn't working. The employees have no control over certain deals, but they were very polite, patient, and gave me a refund. It means a lot to me being an older and always on the edge of my seat older but not that old woman. Iykyk! THANK YOU GUYS AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Went here at 12. I was planning on bringing it to my daughter at school for lunch. Get inside and was told there was a 30 minute wait, said wait, you don't have a system to fit in walk-ins between online orders?? Cashier said online had a hour wait. Terrible management. 15 minute wait perfectly acceptable, 30 minutes for a fast casual place like wing stop is supposed to be is crazy. Do better!!!

I just had the most incredible experience at the Coffee Road location, all thanks to Ralph! From the moment I walked in, I genuinely thought he was the General Manager because of how effortlessly he handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and a true passion for customer service.
Ralph went above and beyond—then went even further! His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel like I’d known him for years, even though we had just met while I was ordering my food. He was attentive, polite, and made sure my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
A huge shoutout to Susana as well for hiring such an outstanding individual! Ralph is a true asset to the team, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Ralph, for making my day with your amazing service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

They always make mistakes when you order online, and they purposely leave out parts of your order and say they forgot it yet do nothing to correct it. Half the time the food is cold, the drinks are watery, and the management is rude. The manager Susana in particular has a negative energy. I also know ex employees that can confirm these ALL statements. DONT go here.

I noticed an item might be missing from my order during pick up and asked the employee to double check. Instead of checking, he confirmed that it was placed in the box, which was not true once I arrived back home. The location won't pick up the phone and goes straight to voicemail.
The food is great; the service is the worst. This is the third time in a row they screwed up my order. They were missing half the wings in bag. Drove all the way home before i noticed. Drove back, and the one who messed up my order was the manager. She didn't even apologize for messing up the order, and wasting my time. May not ever be coming back. October 13, 2024

I love Wingstop..but to be fair most of the time the service is terrible and the soda machines are never working. However, today I ordered wings for my office and when I went inside I was greeted my Ralph. He had my order ready on time, went over the order and everything was correct, and the soda machine had ice and all sodas were working. There was an older lady with a walker and Ralph took the time to take her her order. The store was actually really clean, the staff he is had working together. What a nice change. I hope they stay in this path.
