Called to cancel my order because it was the wrong location they said they would refund me my money called multiple times all said the same thing I’ll let my manger know or it should be in your account within 3 business days. NOPE NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!

They forgot my ranch and then forgot my soda the 2nd time
I asked them to take my order and the girl working there told me that it would take five minutes. I kept waiting there but I waited there for 25 minutes but my order was already ready on the rack behind me. So I got up after 25 minutes and asked how long my order would take. Then another guy grabbed my order from behind and gave it to me. We are not crazy. We are also working. You are also working for money. But why are you doing this to us? 🤬

Very bad service i went to pickup the order and they act like im going to steal the order very rude service
Ordered a scheduled order. I arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time, it wasnt busy and it was waiting for me on the shelf. Fries were cold. Sandwich had more lemon pepper sauce previous time. You can do better wingstop gosford. Cmawn now..
Employees rude, most of the time I was sitting in the table for around 40 minutes straight, and with a cherry on top, absolute horrible service, and most people got their order faster than ours (keep in mind our food took about 40+ minutes). It took incredibly so long that everyone in the fast food restaurant already left. Never coming here again.

Place was overworked by T-Mobile promotion but my food ended up in my hand they did loose my order but remade it within 5 minutes .. thank you guys
come here for pickup employees behavior so angry with me and all the coustmer they are talking to each other not listening anyone
store owner change your staf or close that wing stop .
