I’m not one to write reviews or talk badly about a place, but when my husband went to pick up our order, he was ignored at the counter for about 5min. He says two workers would look at him standing there and wouldn’t go up to help him. Our food is cold :( so disappointed with their service! Do better!

** GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SERIOUSLY!! **
This is the most ridiculous place ever first they told me anything over 50 pieces or $50 cannot be ordered so I said OK fine I will order 50 pieces and make a separate order for the different amount! They keep telling me to make an order online, which they do not understand is that I only have cash on me and I am running on a time crunch. then I said OK fine I will order a 40 piece and make a separate order and I will pay everything in cash when I get there they decline! I don’t understand how they say you can only order X amount of pieces I agree and then they told me I cannot. just go to Buffalo wild wings or something. I’m pretty sure they’ll be glad to take your money and your business.
***update: so I called the Wingstop on Panama and they said making orders above 50 is allowed so the employees here doesn’t want to their job. So sad because they could have made easily a hundred dollar order from my family. I’m sure wingstop would be so excited to know that they are loosing money!”

We've been to a few Wingstops in town and this one is by far the best. We drive out of our way to come to this one. Its the cleanest, the fastest, and food is always on point. Will always go to this one when we are craving Wingstop

Called to cancel my order because it was the wrong location they said they would refund me my money called multiple times all said the same thing I’ll let my manger know or it should be in your account within 3 business days. NOPE NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!

I asked them to take my order and the girl working there told me that it would take five minutes. I kept waiting there but I waited there for 25 minutes but my order was already ready on the rack behind me. So I got up after 25 minutes and asked how long my order would take. Then another guy grabbed my order from behind and gave it to me. We are not crazy. We are also working. You are also working for money. But why are you doing this to us? 🤬
