Ordered a 10 piece combo on 11/09 through the wingstop app. My order took way longer than the time I was given, while tracking my order I seen the driver was down the street from my house, he turned around and started driver back towards the store. I sent a msg asking if everything was OK, and he then turned around and showed up 15 mins later. When I got my order my bag was open, my fries were cold and to top it off a piece of my chicken had been ate and the bone was left in the container smh. I tried filling a complaint for a refund still haven't heard anything back.

Did not get order right. Asked for lemon pepper regular fries and a large with fry seasoning. Both were lemon pepper and I allergic to pepper. Call store got placed on hold for a while and when call back they didn't answer.

It’s always a hit or a miss with this particular establishment. A few days ago, we ordered the 75 wing group pack because we have a large family with teenage boys. I was disappointed. These wings are not cheap yet we did not get what we expected from wingstop. The fries were cold and soft, lacking in seasoning (this is a frequent issue). The wings were missing the usual flavor. But I think the thing I had the biggest issue with is that 4 of the wings were so small that they were inedible. They looked like just bone, skin and feathers. There were quite a few small wings in our order, but I have a picture of the 4 that should not have been included in my count of 75. We paid over $100. Please stop giving these out.

I ordered it with Uber Eats last night and paid over $70. I want to tell you guys exactly that the chicken feathers that did not disappear even after frying made me lose my appetite and that the chicken feathers stuck to all kinds of chicken pieces. It’s ruined my meal and really disgusting.
