I had a really great experience at this Wingstop. I arrived earlier than my pickup time, but the young man at the counter greeted me right away with a smile and great attitude. Even though my order wasn’t ready yet, he told me he would get on it immediately and even upgraded my drink as a courtesy. The service stood out because he was not only friendly but also efficient and my food came out hot and fresh. On top of that, he went above and beyond by walking me to my car since there was an individual outside bothering me. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered online at 730pm. Arrived right around 8pm and was told 20 minutes for my order. AN HOUR LATER and I finally had my food. Fries were cold. Order not even accurate. Sure they gave us a free drink but 2 hours from order to pick up is absolutely unacceptable. There had to have been at least 30 other people waiting on their food as well. If I could give 0 stars I would. Won’t be returning to this location again. Ordered dinner and waited so long it was basically breakfast.

Wingstop is always good, but their timing is always off. Order my food 2 hours ahead of time and still managed to not have the food read by the set time. EDIT: Personally witnessed them spraying cleaning product as they’re cooking food. So I’m pretty sure there’s cleaning product in my food now as well.

If you want crispy chicken tenders as shown in the advertisement picture….. Make sure you order PLAIN and not ORIGINAL Original flavor is actually red & spicy. Not what I was expecting.

The workers are nice sometimes but are lazy and my order takes almost an hour or more when they said it’ll be ready in “20 minutes” i prefer the location in coffee road
