I love wingstop but The portion size is way too smal for 20+ dollars i ordered wings not chicken nuggets wtf is this stupid sudden change in chicken size servings this is how you lose customers

The food is good but the service is horrible. The host Candice was very rude when I tried to spell my name correctly for her and just walked off on me. The manager Jhannely came as her replacement and refused to provide either of their names to make a formal complaint regarding service. I was only able to get the name through my receipt and another customers receipt. As I waited on my food I began to feel very uncomfortable as they began to huddle and chat and look my way. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this location due to treatment. I will be contacting corporate.
They were VERY busy. We dined in, and it took 30 min to get our food. It was very fresh when we got it. However, they gave my husband regular fries instead of cheese fries. They use WAAY too much seasoning on the fries. They were really salty. If I didn't have the ranch to dip in to mellow out the salt, it would have been too much for me to eat. And with how long it took to get our order in first place, I wasn't about to ask for them to remake with less salt.
We were not able to fond trash can for our empties. And it seems other people had the same problem as they were leaving bags of trash on tables. No one came out to clean up the dining room.

This place really needs to step it up.. I live right behind them 0.2 miles away and yet I drive to gosford every time to get food from there store instead.. wings are constantly over cooked and they hardily ever answer the phone for me.. seems like they close early every night even though there clearly supposed to be open according to there store hours.. sick of there mediocre service.. serve the people what there paying for or shut the store down!
