Walked in and ordered with next to no one in the resturant. Was told a 25 minute wait. I ended up waiting an hour before getting the refund as everyone who was there before me + tons of doordash and uber deliveries/pickups came in and got their food. Don't order in person here otherwise they will just ignore you. Order delivery or pickup online.

Never fails always check your orders before leaving it's so frustrating that they mess up the orders so much shut the place down and figure out a better system please

I ordered all in bundle on Friday an hour and half before closing and when I got home to eat my order it was so lousy my lemon pepper had no lemon pepper powder drenched in vinegar my mango habanero were squishy like they were not cooked all the way I ended up getting sick from the food , I’ve been calling for two days now to get ahold of them to tell them about my order and nothing it either rings n rings or goes straight to voicemail which isn’t set up and no return phone call… I always order from this wing stop but this happening is beyond rude and wrong to give someone food so lousy and not cooked right

I love placing my order on their website and picking it up in-store. I wish their pickup times were a little more accurate so my food wouldn't be cold when I get home (I live really close). Even though the food was not as hot as I would have liked it, it was still delicious. I like that their website gives me the option of selecting all flats and extra crispy. Plus, their ranch is delicious!
Please correct this business practice immediately, as a food delivery driver we should not be handling food or drinks for the customers we are about to deliver to. Luckily I wash my hands frequently, but other drivers may not and your business is putting your customers at risk for food/drink contamination by requesting delivery drivers to handle and pour drinks. This is far from hygienic and just plain lazy.Every other food establishment has the properly trained employee with either gloves or clean hands prepare the food and especially drinks and seal the tops of drink containers.Your establishment has failed.Stop allowing your employees to be lazy and start protecting your business from negative exposure and poor feedback, but most importantly please prioritize and protect your customers health and safety.This is a complete violation of AB-3336 Law.This has been reported to the appropriate authorities for ensuring Public Health and Safety standards.

Definitely recommend. Came on a Tuesday at 1, not busy at all. Got the .70 wings, 10 of them. Ordered mild sauce, with ranch. Wings were perfectly flavored, big portion for the $8. Very poor customer service and highly unprofessional from management, the cashier and to the staff cooking the food. I would not go to this location and I would encourage others not to as well. I requested the customer service number and the manager claimed he didn't have it or the district manager's number and stated I needed to Google it.
