Every single time I come here it has been a disappointment. I have given them way too many chances to redeem themselves. This location is absolute TRASH. The wings are always over salted and under sauced...The ridiculous wait times to recieve this low quality food is a slap in the face on top of it. I will NEVER come here again. Plus every employee looks and acts like they don't want to be there. With workers like that, It's no wonder why the wings are complete garbage.

Terrible customer service.. I called a total of 3 x and was on hold for 5 mins each time .. every single time the lady who answered kept saying “thank you for calling wingsyoo please hold” .. when I got to the restaurant it wasn’t even packed .. the lady answering phone and attending cashier was too busy having a conversation with a gentleman which explains why I was out on hold every time

NGL Wingstop is usually pretty mid. But this specific location, alway super fresh…. Someone is definitely making sure grease traps are cleaned regularly. I actually order from here a couple times a month. ONLY this location. (Which i did again last night.) shout outs to the guy who was patient with me around 10:30PM after calling in about my dooordash order, when i told him i wanted try rub lemon pepper and not the buttered version i know i was gettin on you’re nerves but you never made it feel like it. Good job. I actually decided to take the time to write this specifically for you. Y’all are great.

This place is disgusting. The floor had papers that have been sitting their for a while, and the dead bugs on the windows say it all. I also see the workers picking up the food off the floor and putting it back in the bowl.

Called the phone number, was put on hold never came back. I took the hint after 15 minutes. Called back, same thing. So I went in, there were 2 people in line. The girl who took my order had the phone in her hand, and never took a phone order. Before I could place my order, she said it’s a 1hr wait. I said ok went yo the store came back 30 minutes later, by then my wings were just sitting there cold. The last time I came to this location they got my order wrong. What is gone on wing stop? Do you want me to pick a new wing place? Get it together.
