I’ve ordered over the phone and they said 25 minutes, I showed up 35 minutes later and an hour later I’m sitting here waiting for my order writing this review. The cashier looks very stressed out too. Man I’m so hungry… whats wrong with these guys

Many of the drink selections were out. It is getting too pricey for regular purchases. On the road works, but like many things are pricing me out of getting them.
Can never get order right. Missing 4 ranches. And want us to come in and pick up what they missed. Then why do we pay delivery charge? You mess up then pay to fix it.

Wings were full of grease. Would not recommend this location. And packaged it horribly. There was grease going through the bottom of the bag.
Food came out fast, lobby very clean but the stuff is rude. The females working tonight are not the friendliest.

Very organized and poorly managed. This my third time ordering one-line and they still happened to miss up on the order and wait over an hour to get the correct order form their mistake.

The wings were Mid. Fries were good. The place looked nice except for the Homeless people tweakin, hopping in and out of the store. If I had my wife or daughter with me I would have had a problem. I'll try another location.

My review is an interesting review it is not that the food is bad even though it is just precooked chicken that comes out of a freezer it is just because of the service from I guess this was the supervisor anyway I drive for Uber eats the Wingstop employees forgot a customer's order after the customer called with me and told me about this issue I drove back to Wingstop reassuring the customer I was going to get the rest of his order and bring it back to him upon entering Wingstop I was greeted by the cashier told her about the situation and she said she's not sure if there's anything they can do about it but she will speak with her manager after speaking with the manager she assured me that I will be able to take the customers order back to him but also telling me that I will not be getting paid for this redelivery I reassured the cashier that this is okay I just want to make the situation right for the customer after finding the customers address so I will be able to return the food to him I go back to the counter and I am greeted by the so-called supervisor who now says I will not be allowed to take the customers order back because the customer is on his way to pick up the order I asked if we can call the customer and let the customer know I will be bringing the order back to him she's very rudely said no the customer is coming to pick up the order I said oh man that really sucks cuz I just want to make this situation right she said oh well I already told you the customer is coming to pick up the order great service
