This place a terrible. I placed my ordered in advance because I know Wingstops can get pretty busy. It gave me about and hour wait. I got there passed the hour and they said I still had to wait 40 minutes and the cashier was rude about it. This is ridiculous I understand they are busy but they act like they’re being forced to be there. SO RUDE
They are fast ? I walked in there twice already one time was crazy packed in there and the girls and guys where on it today again awesome experience cashier believe her name was Jasmin is so sweet and helped me with my orders thank you for all your great team work ????great

I honestly want to give the night staff 1/5/24 some love. They dealt with such a hostile amount of customers.It's a Friday night and busy, I get it.They were all doing their best ??

I went to buy food here, when I got to the restaurant I saw that it was full but almost everyone had already taken their orders. I waited patiently for about 5-10 minutes for my turn to order. I noticed that a teenage girl had come in after me, once the person ahead of me was done ordering, it was supposed to be my turn but instead of the cashier taking my order, she took that teenagers order. As this was happening a black family came in and they went to the other side and waiting in line there. The cashier had left after taking the order of the teenage girl but when the cashier returned she completely neglected me even though I was standing in front of the counter ready to order, instead of allowing me to order something she brought the family up to the spot where I was standing at and took that families order instead of mine.I don’t know why this type of behavior happened against me or why I was neglected when I was clearly up next to take my order. But all I have to say is this was disrespectful and really ruined my day. After this whole interaction, I just decided I wasn’t going to put up with this treatment just to wait a whole 2 hours for my food to be ready, so I left empty handed.If i could rate half a star I would, terrible customer service. The cashier was a white woman which it could be possible she just doesn’t like hispanic men and preferred not to take my order because I was a hispanic man and rather had a bias to put black people and other women before me even though I was clearly there before them patiently waiting in line.P.S. I love Wing Stop’s food and this is my go-to place for wings, however after this experience I completely lost my interest to want to go back to this place so long as this woman is still going to be working there as a cashier.
